Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. Just a short drive away to coastal favorites and attractions including the Lincoln City Casino and Outlets (10min), Depoe Bay (15min), and Newport (30min).

Explore Lincoln City from a stunning oceanfront condo at D Sands! 217 is a beautiful 2nd floor, one bedroom suite that offers up to 6 people amazing ocean views from the balcony, and a full kitchen stocked with everything you need. Sleep like a King in the bedroom, or claim the queen bed or sleeper sofa in the living room for the ocean's soothing white noise. A cozy gas fireplace in the living room completes the picture. We also give you access to the HOA's Wi-Fi and cable.

Premium Second Floor Beachfront Suite - Sleeps 4 -

'Buoy Wonder' is what we call this premium suite oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a California king size bed and a sleeper sofa, has two full bathrooms and a full modern kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!

Enjoy a kitchen with vivid granite surfaces and step out onto the balcony to bring in the morning with gorgeous beachfront views. It’s all within reach at this cozy retreat featuring wood floors, a warm fireplace, and nautical-themed decor. The beach is right off the back deck, there are stairs that lead you down to the water. This unit can sleep up to 4 people. There are two full bathrooms. One has a small tub/shower and the other has a walk-in shower.

You are steps away from great restaurants, shops, art galleries, many activities/sights…. and of course…. THE BEACH!!! (Our condo is next door to the public beach access at “Nye Beach Turnaround”. closer than any other building in the area).

Our hope is that it becomes a place where families, couples, and friends can escape and make their own memories.
