Charles was very welcoming when we met for check in. His hospitality was great and he gave us a little tour of where we were staying. Very down to earth and inviting person. We enjoyed our stay for the night in the lovely and comfortable home.

Wonderful host! Kylah wqs welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The property itself was exceptional: very clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

There’s also a ton to do in the area—hiking, shopping, great local spots to eat. Joel is an amazing host: communicative, welcoming, and clearly cares about the guest experience. This is the second time we've stayed at this location. We love that it's just across from a nice park, and no more than a five minute walk to the Mid-town shops and restaurants. The condo itself is clean, quiet, and well provisioned. Although we didn't cook any meals, we did use the kitchen to reheat leftovers. We also used washer-dryer. The only downside is that for whatever reason the master bedroom gets warm at night, but after the first night we learned our lesson and used the fan they provided for that reason. It makes a big difference.

The hosts were very hospitable gracious and friendly. They got back to me with any questions I had and checked to make sure everything was needed to make my stay enjoyable.

It's a spectacular space. The astronomy options were a bit beyond us, but there was plenty of other stuff to relish. Things worked. It was clean. No complaints. Thanks.

It was a perfect spot for us. There was plenty of space for us to sleep wonderful furniture as well as art and not too hard to find the description on way to get in. She was so kind and thoughtful to leave us snacks and goodies. we felt like at home if people were asking me what Airbnb to get in ruidoso I would 100% recommend this one.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It felt secluded because of the mountain landscape, but you’re close to the casino & the downtown shops. I would definitely recommend staying here & we’ll be back!

We had a great time during our stay. Everything was perfect. We would come home early when our little one was tired and really enjoyed staying in at this home. We felt so comfortable in this comfy clean home. We will definitely stay again when we get the chance.

Place was perfect and the decor was super cute. Loved how close it was to Sudderth, parking was easy. The beds were comfortable and overall the place felt very clean!

Reed’s place is where it is at for Ruidoso lodging. His place faces and looks out over Rio Ruidoso and the back is right across the street from midtown shops and restaurants. His place is clean and he is super responsive. This is the second time I’ve stayed with him and my stay is always stellar! It’s a great place to be either for remote commuting or vacationing. Internet is super fast and we had no problems connecting. I wish all my experiences were as good as this!! His place is cute, clean, convenient, beautiful woodsy feeling while being real close to the action. Reed is super helpful and responsive as a host! Like I said. Love love.
