A 15th century manor house in the historic center of Úbeda. Its unique architecture, restored in 2022, makes the space spectacular and comfortable. Its history and past are unique, having been inhabited by nobles from the 15th century to the 19th century, some of them marquises, others city councilors, and others military personnel in the service of the king. La Casa de Maria is a charming townhouse for those who want to spend a few days in Linares. Located in a residential area, it is right next to a Mercadona and a 10-minute walk from downtown. The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a very bright kitchen, a living room and a 100m2 patio with pool. With capacity for 6 people, you can put another extra bed. The A/C is centralized on every floor. The house is very cheerful and bright.
