Close by is the construction site of the bridge over the Chacao Canal, and a 15-minute walk away is the beautiful Arenilla Beach, which is perfect for walks and family activities.

On the first floor, there is a large space with a pull-out bed, the kitchen, living room, dining room and the hot tub. In the mezzanine is the main room with a 2-plaza bed.
