Beautiful home! Comfortable, spacious, clean and welcoming. Special to spend a few days relaxing with family. It has everything you need and more. Super complete. The large patio, cared for; the comfortable and nice rooms; several bathrooms; the common spaces are spacious and complete with everything you need. Perfect location - Away from the noise and close to everything at the same time. The hosts are great, warm and pending. We're definitely going back!

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for enjoying a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. What really stands out is the host's attention and willingness, always ready to help and ensure that your stay is perfect. Definitely an excellent choice for those looking for comfort and good service!

Excellent stay at Alicia's house, it far exceeded our expectations, the house is impeccable, with a beautiful view, and Alicia is very kind and always attentive to every detail.

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thank you to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back this year!

I will be returning to my home country of Paraguay & this Airbnb will be my 1st choice, if available! Guillermo’s Airbnb is in central Asunción, minutes away from Calle Palma, Mercado 4, Palacio De López! With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he helped find a solution in order for my question to be answered not only correctly, but honestly. Thank you so much Guillermo!

excellent accommodation. The only thing to improve check the air conditioners especially the one in the living room, it cooled little. With 30 degrees it stood just but if it was in summer with more than 40 degrees like. I made in Paraguay I would have canceled by the heat, especially because the sun is all afternoon.

The apartment fully met expectations. More than the photos show. It's spacious, modern, warm. Javier the doorman is very friendly and willing to help with anything. Easy to access. Close to supermarket 6, pharmacies, fast food outlets. Close to Av. Mariscal López and Santa Teresa, which makes it easy to get to other places of interest. We had a wonderful few days. Everything worked perfectly. Highly recommended and we'll be back! Thank you Juan Carlos and Natalia for joining us at all times and for the kindness you prepared for our arrival!

The place was perfect for our staycation!

Very good accommodation for both families and friends. The location of the residence is quiet, we leave the vehicle in the street and nobody touches anything at all. Not to mention the comfort of the house. 100% recommended. Impeccable host predisposition. Very kind to any questions.

Very good house museum, pleasant and cozy, the hostess arranged everything we needed and more for our stay. Excellent location and very quiet area, a courtyard with lots of greenery to hang out in peace.

It's just as shown in the pictures, clean and very organized, it's prepared for long stays, however in the short time I was there, my family and I received the necessary support and information for my stay!! The cobbled street is terrible, but that's not the fault of the service provider. It's clear that Rodrigo went above and beyond in his service! Thank you

The apartment was very cozy, you have everything you need for your stay, whether short or longer, and the truth is that if you need something extra you can ask Daniel and he will help you with whatever you need. It is in a good location since it is close to supermarkets and other things. The stay was very nice.
