You will love my home because it is a cottage with a fantastic location at the end of the forest and with the water as the nearest neighbor a few meters from the front door. The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyllic, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the sound of waves and wildlife close by. Watch the boats come in and follow the sailors' activity while enjoying the sunset on the terrace. The cabin is made of wood, 79 m2 and on two floors. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a single bed and a double bed. In the living room, there is the possibility of extra bedding with a view of the harbor basin and Ebeltoft Vig. On the ground floor: Kitchen and bathroom, entrance hall. East-facing courtyard.

From the apartment, there is a beautiful view of the fjord and only 200 meters to a "private beach. It is possible to rent a double and a single kayak - or even bring your own. The entire apartment was newly built in 2019, with underfloor heating in all rooms.

Bus stop to Skive/Nykøbing is right outside the door.

One of Limfjord's oldest fishing houses from 1774 with a fantastic history is decorated with exquisite designs and is located only 50 meters from the beach on a large private south-facing plot with outdoor kitchen and lounge area with direct views of the fjord. The area is filled with hiking trails, there are two bicycles ready for you to experience Thyholm or the two kayaks can take you around the island. You can also pick your own oysters and blue mussels in the water's edge and prepare them while the sun sets over the water
