We had a nice stay, in the beginning it was a bit of a search. But once found it was pleasant. We parked the car in the large parking lot on the street. Here you can park for free. We ate deliciously all three evenings at Zero Sei Trattoria Limassol. Walking distance to the apartment! Friendly staff there, and great food! Francesco was a good host, who always responded quickly and helpful.

It is a great stay for a couple, close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants, It has everything you need inside and even some extras from the hosts. Maria is very friendly and responsive, she gave us a lot of nice recommendations to eat and visit in Cyprus. Thank you for a great holiday!

It’s a beautiful apartment with the best facilities. The pool, the gym and everything around it was perfect. You can have a very nice breakfast for 12 years per person. Kids are free. It’s close to restaurants and bars.

Absolutely one of the best holiday places I’ve stayed. Georgio was waiting at the accommodation to great us. A lovely welcome pack was left…including wine and beer! The house was immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need. Great position with lovely bars restaurants and shops just across the road. Beach a short walk away. Lots of beautiful places and beaches close by. Could not be improved upon. Thank you georgio! We will be back!

We stayed in this spotless accommodation for the second time this spring! It is the most beautiful house in the area and I think it has the best location. I appreciate the great windows and insect screens and the proximity to the sea. Here I find privacy and tranquility and can relax with the whole family. We'd love to come back!

Our family is very grateful to Kylie and Nick for the attention and comfort, they provided us during our vacation at the villa. We vacationed with the whole family during the children's Christmas holidays - the hosts thought of all the little details, decorated the living room. Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

We had a lovely relaxing stay with many beach walks, and beautiful surroundings. Short walk and or drive to some excellent tavernas. and very close to airport and Larnaca city. Visiting porch cats were a bonus!

everything was truly great - location, cleaning, equipment, abd I really mean it. there were only minor drawbacks (really super little things ). the only thing we didn't like that the host pushed us to give her 5 stars ( we would give 5 stars anyway, but I still did not like the push) . and at times she was too nice , almost forcing it on us, it felt a little intimidating, and the vibe from her was not sincere and relaxed. I understand they are worried about their business but sometimes worrying too much in the hospitality can cause the opposite effect. people come to rest and they don't want to be exposed to stressful hosts.

It was a very pleasant stay in this apartment. We were there a month, and are satisfied. The area is very calm, close to Daoudi beach, there's a supermarket nearby (but anyway food and products delivery is very good in Limassol). The apartment is convenient, with everything you may need, with nice balcony and a parking spot. Loutmila is very responsive.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the self-check-in process was smooth and easy. Agnes was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
