Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lima Duarte

I stayed only one night, but the place is clean and organized and exactly as advertised. The response was quick and the instructions were clear. Vania gave great indications of where to eat. A highlight is the availability and reception of Américo for a coffee and a good prose. I recommend it.

It was the second time we stayed in one of Érico's homes and we're already looking forward to the third! The host was kind and requested to us at all times, responded to our messages quickly, and provided us with very good tips from the region. The house is cozy, has a comfortable mattress and a cozy structure for the cold nights of Ibitipoca. The kitchen has basic items in quantity and quality sufficient for lodging. The location is also very good, very close to the center and the park entrance. We moved by car, but with quite agility.

Álvaro is a very attentive host, who gives great local tips and does everything to make us feel welcome. The house is excellent, comfortable and well located, in addition to having all the necessary utensils. The breakfast offered is delicious and the attention to detail and hospitality of Alvaro are definitely a differential. Highly recommend!!

Staying at Érico's house was an amazing experience! The house is beautiful, super cozy and clean — all impeccable and thought out with great care. The place is large, well decorated and ideal for relaxing. Érico was a wonderful host: super attentive, gave great restaurant tips and tours in the region, always very helpful. To complete, I was still surprised by a special gift, a gesture that showed all the care and affection to the guests. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely return!

An amazing place! From the hostess Anita, who was very attentive and always responded quickly to our needs, to Gabi, who welcomed us into the house and was super solicited, polite, patient and helpful. We were looking for a place in the middle of nature, to clear the mind of day to day runners, but that TB had a comfortable structure to rest. And the Forest House was simply perfect for that. The only sounds we heard were the birds singing and the water of a stream passing by the side of the house. During the day, the view is amazing wherever you look. And during the night, the sky becomes an attraction apart from the clarity with which we can see thousands of stars (due to the absence of visual pollution caused by artificial lights). My wife and I are regular Airbnb users on all our trips in Brazil and also outside of it, and certainly Casa da Floresta was one of the best experiences we've ever had. I super indico!

Our stay was great. Erico gave all necessary support. The house is exactly like in the pictures... to what I could notice there is no house like Erico's in the region. The deck at the top of the house is sensational. Pertissimo do centrinho and the park as well. Fully equipped house. Erico worried about leaving towels, toilet paper, salt, sugar.. had everything. When I return to ibitipoca, I would like to stay there again.

The accommodation with Vânia and Américo was excellent, they were very receptive and attentive to us. I was in Juiz de Fora for my daughter to make entrance exams at the UFJF and had never been through the experience of staying in this model and we were surprised by the affection of this couple. The breakfast is wonderful and the lodging is exactly as it is presented in the photos. And we also enjoyed the good taste of music with moments of nostalgia with LPs in vitrola with Américo and Vânia. Back!!!!

We had a great stay, some unforeseen events that were quickly resolved. Super indico, quiet place, equipped and comfortable.

Everything was great, the apartment was very smelling when we arrived. Communication was great and any questions I had was answered quickly, it was super worth recommending!
