Riverside Gardens at Acacia Hills

On the bank of the Don River, just 15 minutes from Devonport, the two bedroom unit attached to our home has a private entrance, two queen beds with an extra single bed and/or cot on request. If reserving for 1 or 2 guests, only one bedroom will be accessible unless communicated at the time of booking. The unit has fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dining setting. BBQ in the undercover courtyard for guests. Continental breakfast included. There is no kitchen sink so we do the dishes!

Twenty minutes to the Spirit of Tas Ferry and regional airports. There is ample off-street parking. Separate from the main house our studio has a double bedroom, full kitchen, living space, bathroom & laundry. The studio looks out over our garden and courtyard, which can be used by guests. Please note our garden is also enjoyed by our young children. Located a short 10 minute drive from the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry, perfect for those early morning sails or late arrivals. A short walk to the Bluff area (15 mins) or to shops and cafes including Hill Street Grocer (10 mins).

This beautiful new studio apartment is within walking distance to parks, beaches, river precinct, cafes and beautiful specialty shops which Ulverstone has to offer. Situated at the rear of my home, the studio has high quality furnishings, its own private entrance and sunny outdoor deck complete with BBQ. A small kitchen provides for most needs and shared laundry facilities are available. The king size bed boasts luxurious linen and can be converted to two king singles.
