Holiday rentals with beach access in Lignano Sabbiadoro

The accommodation was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would love to come back. :-)

Beautiful apartment, perfectly equipped! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking – large pots, a large pan and much more. There is even a coffee machine including capsules. Very, very large refrigerator and freezer with ice dispenser and cool water. The apartment is modern and technically top-notch – TV with sound system and Google voice control. The bathroom is spacious and also well equipped - shampoo, shower gel and even a hair straightener are available. The free sun loungers with umbrella are an extreme plus. The way to the beach is also very short. Also worth mentioning is the available parking space for people arriving by car. It was also possible to exchange ideas with Alberto at any time. The only small downside would be the sofa bed, but given all the other positive aspects, you can easily overlook it.

Unfortunately, we were out of season. But all in all, great. Apart from the lack of privacy on the terrace, which could become unpleasant in the high season, there is nothing to complain about. Hostess again

Everything was great really, Veronica is amazing, very polite and super helpful. Apartment is located on main street, two minutes from the beach, it is super clean, equipped with everything you need. Everything is close by restaurants, bars, stores… I would recommend 5/5

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores with a private parking space on the property - right in front of the door. The apartment is on the first floor and is also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once you arrive, you will find a spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, where you will feel completely at home from the very first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets - and even the beach is just a stone's throw away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with a fantastic view, a quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We all fell in love with this place – the perfect place to start and end the day in a relaxed way. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive hostess who you can always reach. Thank you very much! A beautiful, historical place with modern facilities. Most spots are within 15 minutes of walking distance. This place allows a unique venetian experience. I could watch gondolas come and go all day long.

The best location in Iran with a balcony that is completely private

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment in Jesolo! The location is great – quiet but still only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment and also the outdoor area with pool were very clean and well maintained and really had everything you need. The landlords were very nice and always available if you had any questions. We also had no problems with the warm water. Overall a clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for travelling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, the sea is just a few minutes' walk away. A minimarket, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

Perfect home to stay

It was all tip top. Quick check-in even though we were too early. Completely unproblematic communication. Accommodation as described - modern, clean, completely sufficient for 3-4 people. Beach was 10 minutes' walk away. Our daughter also beamed when she discovered the trampoline in the garden!

We had a lovely two days. The accommodation is as described, spacious and clean and the service was great, but above all we thank Stefania for her availability and patience with our very lively little dog Joey!

We had an amazing stay in Bibione – thank you so much, Umberto! We’ve never had such a kind and flexible host. We messed up our check-in time, but he patiently waited for us and was incredibly understanding. The apartment is huge, unbelievably clean (cleaner than any Airbnb we’ve stayed at!), and just a short walk from the beach. We’d come back in a heartbeat – highly recommended

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully decorated, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

It was a pleasant stay. We also got what we expected.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well stocked with everything. All that was missing were the chamomile sachets!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. We felt super comfortable from day one 🤗 The apartment is well equipped, the beds are neither too hard nor too soft and thanks to its own underground parking space (own garage in the underground car park) you do not have to worry about a parking space 👍🏻 The location is quiet at the marina, but in 5 minutes you can walk to the great beach and in 10-15 minutes to the city 👍🏻 Mojca and her daughter welcomed us and showed us everything. Both are super nice and Mojca also regularly asked if everything was okay. As a welcome gift, there was also a delicious bottle of local wine... Wow 🤗
