Holiday houses in Līgatne parish

Very beautiful and cozy cabin. Great details, very thoughtful. Liked the bed upstairs and the solution with foldable stairs. Although there is neighbours in 80m or so - we didnt felt their presence while we stayed there. Cabin is not very distant from highway, but this place is very quite and full of wildlife. Loved our stay!

The cottage was very nicely decorated, clean and we had everything we needed. The fridge is a little small. It might not hurt to know if you want to cook a lot. in the garden there is a whirlpool. it was already heated when we arrived, so we could use it right away. there was also a pizza oven in the garden and a fireplace. we could park for free in front of the cottage. we enjoyed the stay very much and would come again if we are in the area again.

A beautiful location with chamomile fields and fresh wildlife tracks in the morning. Absolutely quiet and in nature. Perfect holiday idyll. Good starting point for excursions in the area. Super helpful host. Thank you for the friendly communication. Highly recommended.

After spending the last four days in cities, we longed for rural tranquility and vastness. That's exactly what we found with Marika and Gerry. A Latvian country house, in the middle of the green meadow with very nice and helpful hosts. We also enjoyed the exchange with the two, which is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare even with Airbnb. For us, this is still a reason for Airbnb as opposed to hotels or bed and breakfasts. All in all, we had two very relaxing days, with activities in the area that we explored by bike. Highlights were swimming in Lake Matinusee and the spontaneous visit to the KUSSH brewery with fine beer, darts and table soccer.

We loved our stay at Nora’s place. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. The setting was peaceful and serene—exactly what we needed on a rainy day. We especially enjoyed the relaxing sauna and the pond for cooling down afterward. A truly refreshing experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is incredibly cozy, comfortable, and beautifully designed — even better in person. The fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom made everything extra convenient and enjoyable for our group. We also loved using the sup and sauna, which added a perfect touch of relaxation to our getaway. Communication with the hosts was sweet and helpful from start to finish. We felt truly welcomed. We definitely hope to return!

Anna provided clear instructions and responded immediately if anything was needed. The apartment was nice and spacious, well equipped kitchen. It was fine for us. We were very satisfied.
