Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Our House: ruim 200m2 woonplezier Rustig gelegen woonhuis aan de rand van Sevenig. Slechts 3 km van het drielandenpunt met Luxemburg en België aan het prachtige Ourdal. Het huis heeft een grote woonkamer met houtkachel en een ruime volledig ingerichte eetkeuken. Grote relax en sportruimte met sauna, tafeltennistafel, pooltafel, dartbord en volop bordspellen, en een sjoelbak en televisie plus wifi. Ervaar de rust van het Naturpark Südeifel en het huis met zijn vele extra's.

Kitchen, living room and dining room available in one room. Breakfast can be booked. (for only 12.50 euros per person) Kitchen is fully equipped. Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
