A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. I can recommend any walking and hiking enthusiast to "get lost" there once. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.

It is accessible to PRMs and has children's games and a heated pool accessible 6 months/year (sliding cover). Ideal for couples, families (max 5 people and 1 baby), or business trips. Due to its ideal location (close to Aubel and its market, Val Dieu Abbey, RAVEL line 38), it is an ideal starting point for lovers of walks or bike rides. Close to the E42, it is less than half an hour's drive from Maastricht, Spa, Liège, Spa-Francorchamps or the 3 Borders and Hautes Fagnes site.

Le Chaumont

Ideal for a return to basics, with all the desired comfort, the Chaumont is a family house of character located in a green setting. The Chaumont is suitable for families with children: games - hut - bike path - wifi. Wide possibilities of excursions: Spa (15 minutes), Haute-fagnes (25 minutes), Liège (40 minutes). Capacity: maximum 7 to 8 adults + 4 to 5 children. No parties with too many drinks or drugs.
