Honestly, the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in! Lots of kitchen items, the beds and pillows were great, the house itself is a dream! I definitely want to come back, this will be my go-to spot! Hosts were so responsive and willing to help, definitely impressed.

Not only was the house wonderful, and in the best location, but I’ve never experienced such a kind and accommodating host. Kirk was the best, and his oceanfront house was a dream! It had all the amenities and more. I will definitely be back to this gem!

This is in a great location. The home has whatever one may need including an iron, steamer, dishwasher, grill, washing machine and dryer. Easy to walk anywhere in town. Nice front patio to relax on.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Cute and comfortable little house and a great value for the location. We enjoyed the wonderful beds and shower, the complimentary high quality coffee, and the private patio for enjoying the morning sun.

This house is a little hidden oasis, just outside the main drag of WeHo. We were a small group of friends visiting for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. Very stylish and clean. Melissa was a very friendly proactive host who focused on making things easy for us. Would definitely stay here again.

The casita was just right for the 3 of us, our dog included. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we were able to walk our dog. The bed was super comfortable and there was enough prep space for meals in the small kitchen. Liz was super helpful when I inquired about a request for our pet. Lovely spot, we would stay again! It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our stay here was! First time to California with two children and it was like home from home! So much more was provided than expected to make it such an enjoyable stay! Levy was contactable any time if we had any issues and happy to provide info about things to do around the area! The pool was perfect and the boys spend many hours in it as well as the hot tub which was a godsend after a long day sight seeing or after theme parks! Super close to Disney as well! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s refreshing to have a host that can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable which levy certainly did! Thank you for everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we happen to visit California again! Orange county was by far our fav place including laguna beach! So location was perfect too! The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Brandon was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire trip, and the experience was fantastic. Everything - from the kitchen and bathroom to the bedding was clean and comfortable. I would definitely love to stay at his place again.

Jessica and Ethan were incredible hosts! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming. The home was perfect for our family getaway ,spacious, cozy, and kid-friendly. Our kids had a blast, and we felt right at home the entire time. Chuchu (the host) was very kind and accommodating and communicated very well with us. We couldn’t stay as long as we wanted due to personal plans. So we weren’t able to enjoy the fantastic amenities like we would have liked to! There are so many amenities, and probably the best out of the Airbnb we have stayed at. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Good parking availability. There was so much to do for everyone, from the garage games to the backyard pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Everything the listing described and then some. It was also very close to restaurants and things to do if you plan to leave the house and do other things too. It is an active area but a peaceful neighborhood and one you can relax. Best of both worlds! Great for a short stay or longer stay!

This is a wonderful studio if you are looking for something walking distance to the beach and Newport night life. Quick easy uber from John Wayne airport. Many reviews mention noise and while this is a very busy part of town, I found if you leave the fan running on the A/C unit you will hear almost nothing! Overall 10/10 place to stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Orange County.

Great location, close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants, bars and shops. The amenities were everything we needed and the apartment was a good size for what we needed. Would recommend

We had an amazing stay at this pet-friendly beach house, and it was truly the perfect getaway for our family. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how welcoming and accommodating the property was for pets. The house was spacious, well-maintained, and had plenty of room for both us and our dogs to relax. The fenced-in yard was a huge bonus, giving our dogs a safe space to play and explore. The beach access was just a short walk away, and it was so nice to be able to take our dogs along for daily walks along the shore. We also loved the quiet neighborhood. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, this beach house offered the ideal getaway for relaxation and fun. Highly recommend!

never stayed on the bay side &I ended up loving it. beautiful &modern + huge front patio AND a back patio, perfect for my husky. barely left &already booked another visit in a couple weeks

This was ideal for our family. (5 adults, one infant and 2 golden retrievers). It was convenient to get to places, and we loved the back yard. Park was right across the street which is pretty cool. The size was perfect for us, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds could be a little better though. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is just prime for the price. I will be back and highly recommend. Having a garage spot was a huge selling point given the limited parking spaces during busy weekends. Todd was very responsive and super helpful. Again, Location, location, location!

Stay here with my bf for our Disneyland trip. This tiny home was just what we needed, a place close to Disney it was very clean with amenities, comfy private place to rest during the day and night with it’s own private bathroom, tv projector, microwave and fridge. My bf loved that it came with complimentary snacks and waters. I loved the check in and out time it was very convenient for our trip plus the bed was very comfy. The host was very lovely and communicative which made the stay easy and pleasurable they let us know of any usual disturbances ahead of time like parking hours or trash pick up noise which they provided earplugs in advance and although we didn’t use them it was nice to know we had them in hand. Home does not have a tv per description so I brought my tablet but upon arrival we saw it had a projector which we loved, it was easy to stream our phones. 10/10 would recommend and we hope to be able to stay again for any future Disney trips.
