We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

Ivan was a wonderful host. The setting of the villa is idyllic and peaceful. The hot tub is a lovely addition! Dino greeted us and was wonderful during our stay, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a beautiful setting not too far from many of Sicily’s beautiful places to visit. Thank you Ivan and Dino!

Wonderfully quiet place, Sweet people, fruit from the garden may pick, a delicious breakfast if you want and for us that was very useful and nice because we arrived very late and had not yet done any shopping. We loved this place!

We had the best time at Villa Antica Aia! Nobody believed that we are really going to stay in such a lovely, clean house with a beautiful garden, swimming pool, a please to cook and eat inside and outside. I don’t need to describe more because the villa looks exactly like on the pictures!! Oriana is the best host we’ve ever had, very kind, polite and always helpful. She welcomed us with apperitivo, showed us around, explained everything, was always available for us in case of questions where to find something. Thank you again and see you next year!

What a lovely house this is! With a beautiful garden all around and seating areas everywhere for sun or shade. The swimming pool and jacucci are perfect for cooling off or enjoying the evening. And you can walk straight to the beach or to the nearby pleasant town of Marzamemi. We immediately felt at home after we were welcomed by Rosanna. Fortunately, it was not a problem that we arrived very late. We had contact a few times during the week and minor problems were resolved immediately. All this ensured that we had a fantastic week in Sicily! ps : because we visited some nearby towns by car ( e.g. Noto, Syracusa, Modica, Marina Di Ragusa, Brucoli, Pozzallo) I had the opportunity to see a few other vacation rentals I found on Airbnb in advance. So happy I chose the perfect place!

Biagio offers a very nice accommodation and was always available. I was allowed to spend 6 days in his house and enjoyed every single one. I liked long nights in the whirlpool or on the balcony overlooking the old town the most. The city centre was very lively and offers good restaurants. In conclusion, it can be said that a visit is worthwhile.

Unfortunately, we have to mention the neighbour's dog(s) first. This one barked for hours during the day. This significantly clouded the stay in the beautiful outdoor area. It was really a blatant harassment. You should urgently find a solution together with the neighbour. Otherwise, the villa is simply beautiful and the new extension and kitchen with new furniture are very tasteful. The many terraces and outdoor areas are perfect. The communication with our host was excellent. Problems have been resolved right away. Great! We really liked the surroundings, especially Ortigia. We would book again immediately if the dogs were not from the neighbour. The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and the upper terrace has a wonderful view.

Giuseppe was from the start a perfect host offering picking us up from the station, once we arrived he gave us a full explanation of all the apartment’s facilities, everything was brilliant. He also gave us lots of personal information about the area where to eat what to visit, etc. The beach, shops, restaurants were within 5 min walk. Thank you for the perfect stay, 10 out of 10 and look forward to returning next year.

One of my favourite places on Airbnb so far! We felt very comfortable in this lovely, beautifully furnished flat and hope to be back next time we visit Sicily.

Rudia's accommodation is a small treasure. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back. Rudia is a great communicator: she was always quick to reach, had valuable tips for restaurants at hand and was always available for questions. Modica is worth a visit, also to explore Ragusa, Noto and other places of interest in the region. The apartment is very well equipped, quiet, air-conditioned and dark if you like and has a beautiful balcony for mild evenings. In short: this is a great place to spend your holidays.

Salvatore was a fantastic host. Responsive and informative on check in. Place was in a beautiful location across the road from the water and a small beach. Stunning sunsets. Unfortunately we were there on a public holiday weekend so lots of noise from the restaurants below. Otherwise perfect.

Amazing place! We absolutely loved the house, the garden and the view. It had everything we need and we enjoyed having long sunny breakfast mornings on the terrace with sea view before starting our trips around the area. The location is a short drive from Sampieri village which has an amazing beach with good parking facilities, a few beach bars/restaurants and a small Despar supermarket (they also can make delicious sandwiches for you in the salumeria). The house was our base to explore the Southeast during our trip around Sicily and we visited Siracusa, Noto, Modica, Ragusa and Scicli, stunning! Our stay was in May and seems around that time there are lots of moscitos in the evening at every place we went to so remember to bring some spray, creme etc if you have issues with that like me. We had wonderful days and it was also very nice to meet our host Elisabeth in person on the last day of our visit. Thank you for having us!

A truly amazing place located by the best view of the Ibla. The hammock in the courtyard was perfect. Giancarlo and Alex were very responsive and great hosts. Thank you for an unforgettable stay in Ragusa.

Great place, was very cozy and just the trick for a short trip where you can take a 20 minute walk to the city center. The outdoor patio was also great.

Comfortable, spacious apartment in a very walkable location close to everything. The lovely roof deck was the best part for coffee in the morning and sunset (and swifts). Highly recommended.

We had a lovely week in this charming property. The location is uniquely peaceful and unlike anywhere else we have stayed. The house is traditional in style and the pool was fantastic. Our 2 children loved roaming around the orchard and adored feeding the animals and collecting eggs from the hens. Gioacchino is a great host and very welcoming, he was on hand for any assistance but also very discreet at maintaining the large grounds whilst respecting guests privacy. We loved hearing all about the fruit and vegetables produced at the property. The shop just up the road is well stocked and has good quality items. A wonderful place to stay in this area of Sicily, we hope to return!

We had a wonderful few days at Sofia’s. The pool and surrounding area were perfect for relaxing, with plenty of seating spots to unwind. We really appreciated the outdoor space which offered a great area to eat and chill. The grounds were lovely, and we enjoyed the company of the cute & friendly dogs. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Sofia was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations. Sofia’s is just a 10-minute walk to a nearby beach and a short 5-minute drive to other beaches and supermarkets. We would definitely recommend!

We have just had a very relaxing 5 night stay at Michele's. It is such a private, peaceful home in a great location. As so hot we made good use of the pool, outside shower and the shaded areas marvelling everyday at the stunning views. The home itself is quite basic but clean and functional but we didn't care as so great outside. Thank you to Michele and his dad for making it such a great break.

We were happy to stay at Lorenzo's place. The place is really peaceful, quiet and restful. You can stroll quietly, choose the best place to settle in for an aperitif, having the pleasure of tasting the very good wine and sausage produced and offered by the owners. The house is also 15 minutes away from Comiso airport. Our only regret is that the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the beautiful pool which is a real invitation to swim! This is a very nice place that I would recommend!

We spent a wonderful week exploring the sights of Sicily (you definitely need a car) and having the oasis of Charlotte’s beautiful home to chill in the afternoon and evenings. The pictures do not do the garden justice and is a charming sun trap where we picked lemons and rosemary for our meals. Charlotte was on hand to answer any queries - the nearest supermarket (2 minute walk away), bakery (the sweetest place a 5 minute drive away), how to use the washing machine but never intruded - it is completely your own space. We visited Siracusa, Ortigia, Noto, Ampitheatre, Avola (beautiful beach, free parking, gorgeous ice cream shop on main road) and Ragusa (1.5 hour drive but spectacular views and so worth it!). We had a fabulous week, made all the better by Charlotte 🙂

This is a really lovely villa, it’s got the most incredible garden that makes you feel instantly peaceful as well as being able to pick veg, fresh herbs and fruit. We were very comfortable - the small kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were great. There are so many outdoor seating areas it's hard to choose where to sit - everything is beautifully appointed and well designed and high quality. We had a very happy 6 days at Villa Orto. Sebastiano was super easy to communicate with for arrival and departure and the owner also popped in one day and was very friendly. It's less than 10 minutes drive to Noto, a little further to Avola where there are bigger supermarkets. Easy access to the main roads around the south east and the beaches. Thanks very much!

My mum and I had a lovely few days here. The views were stunning, the host was super communicative and helpful, and it is a very relaxing place to be. The pool is as lovely as you would expect! Highly recommend doing the hike to the ‘Laghetti Cavagrande’ as stopping off for a very wholesome and local experience at the Trattoria Eva e Zio Pippo Marino on the way home.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The hosts were just lovely, always ready to do a favor and very welcoming. Their kindness and availability made the experience even more enjoyable.
