Nice small place to stay very close to the Rome airport, only ten minutes away and easy to order a taxi. The place is clean and looks like it does on the pictures. Stunning view! Matteo is very responsive and helped us when we needed him, even if it was late.

It was really good place to be. There was everything what to need, and the beach was very close.

We had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Wish we would have been able to stay longer.

The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The location is very good as it is located directly on the beach. Good restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The host answered all questions quickly and easily, as well as gave many tips.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Everything was easy for checkin and place is clean and had beautiful 12 foot ceilings giving a sense of space and airiness! The location is amazing! Right in the centre of the town square steps from beautiful cafes and restaurants. The most beautiful beach only 5 min walk away. As well, the main train line is a 5 minute walk. The host provided excellent recommendations. We will definitely visit Nettuno again! Fantastic

The apartment is located right in front of a beach accessible for free in a quiet area. Adorable ice cream shop on the corner 😊 Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Pleasant kitchen and bathroom. It takes a big hour to get to the center of Rome by bus and train. Thank you to Roberto for hosting us

Wonderful stay in Ladispoli! We had an unforgettable stay in Ladispoli and this place exceeded all our expectations! The apartment was perfectly located — just a few minutes walk from the beach and local restaurants. Very cozy, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions. Ladispoli is a wonderful place to relax, with its picturesque streets, beautiful beaches and a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment, whether it's walking around the city or spending time on the beach. In the evening it was possible to enjoy great Italian cuisine in the local restaurants. What is especially convenient — Ladispoli is ideally located if you plan to visit Rome. Very easy access to transport (trains, buses), which makes it an excellent base for daily trips to the capital. We rented a car and easily reached Rome, enjoying both the city and a relaxing holiday! Our best recommendation!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is nothing short of paradise – peaceful, lush, and full of charm. Our daughter especially loved watching and even feed the turtles and rabbits – such a lovely surprise that kept her entertained for hours! The hot tub in the garden was the perfect finishing touch – relaxing in it was a highlight of our stay. A special thank you to our incredibly kind and welcoming host Daniele, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Your hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. The apartment was very spacious, quiet and comfortable :). The kitchen had everything what you need, terrace is huuuge. Gulio is very nice and helpful, responds quickly and put a smile on your face :). He was super helpful with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. I would consider this place to go one more time when I visit Anzio :). We felt well taken care of there. I recommend!

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

Upon our arrival, we asked about good restaurants, and he gave us a quick tour of the area, sharing his insider tips(amazing food!). We had a short but great stay. The instructions and info around the apartment were incredibly detailed and useful. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and the apartment is designed so logically for its purpose. I cannot overstate how remarkably clean the place was also. The cleanest Airbnb we have ever been to and we use Airbnb a tonne. Communication was faultless before and throughout our stay.

The accommodation is very nice and very spacious and well equipped for two people. The beach is just minutes to walk. Shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance (5-15 minutes). Andrea was very helpful and always quickly reachable. Everything was great.

Giorgio was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was just as described and had everything you needed. The big patio with the view of the sea made this apartment so unique and relaxing. There are restaurants within walking distance and the beach is just 2 sets of stairs away.

This place is very well equipped, quite, everything works. We found the most of what we needed (besides the usual also the kitchen utensils, detergents, cleaning utensils are there, the towels are already a bit old). The view is great, the balcony very nice. The car can be parked in the back yard. It is only a few steps to the beach. Unfortunately, there is garbage on the beach. If you take a walk to the left on the beach there is even more garbage so not very pleasant. All in all, we had a very good stay. The only thing to improve: chairs at the dining table are not very comfortable.

This apartment couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is wonderful, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport and a less than 5 minute walk from the beach! We stayed here the night before our flight and loved getting to relax on the beach and enjoy a nice seafood dinner. Francesca was extremely helpful with booking a taxi to the airport. She also stored our luggage for us since we arrived before the check in time, making it possible for us to go to the beach! The apartment is stocked with everything you might need and was extremely comfortable! I highly recommend this apartment! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
