Excellent séjour! Prestations de très grande qualité pour cet appartement neuf et typique de la région. Localisation parfaite près de toutes les commodités (restaurants, commerces, plage...) on fait tout à pieds. Accueil très chaleureux. Centre-ville historique de toute beauté. Je recommande fortement.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo! Ci siamo fermati 4 giorni a Fossacesia con i nostri bimbi di 1 e 4 anni, e a casa di Simona ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è un fornita di ogni cosa e Simona è stata davvero gentilissima a fornirci su richiesta il seggiolone e un apprezzatissimo benvenuto con cestino per la colazione. La posizione di fronte al mare è davvero impagabile, sia per la possibilità di utilizzare il terrazzino per i pasti che per la comodità di attraversare la strada e trovarsi in spiaggia. Molto comoda anche la presenza del box con ingresso diretto al condominio.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Alessandro in Pescara. Aardige host, behulpzaam netjes en vriendelijk. De ligging is perfect, tegenover het strand en een paar minuten fietsen naar het centrum. Wij zouden graag een keertje terugkomen.

Massimo è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, un amico.Ha saputo darci tutte le indicazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno preoccupandosi anche delle prenotazioni ai ristoranti e agli stabilimenti balneari. Dire che ci siamo trovati bene sarebbe troppo riduttivo,siamo stati perfettamente e divinamente benissimo. Un alloggio più che funzionale e confortevole, curato nei dettagli, in un luogo incantato circondato da ulivi che abbraccia dall’alto la splendida costa dei trabocchi, accolti da una persona splendida, ospitale, empatica, comunicativa ma mai invadente: FLORIANA…il TOP dei TOP!!!!!!

Von Anfang an war alles perfekt: Die Kommunikation mit Sabrina war herzlich, zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Sie ist eine unglaublich liebe Gastgeberin, sehr aufmerksam und absolut entgegenkommend. Man merkt sofort, dass ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein kleines Luxusparadies. Alles ist hochwertig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Whirlpool – einfach traumhaft, um nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Ein weiteres Highlight war das moderne Smart-Home-System. Über ein zentrales Tablet lässt sich wirklich alles steuern – von der Beleuchtung bis zur Musik – total intuitiv und komfortabel. Wir hatten richtig Spaß daran und fühlten uns wie in einem kleinen Hightech-Hotel. Sehr gerne wieder 🤗

Giorgio è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile. L'appartamento è molto vicino alla zona del porto e al centro che si raggiungono a piedi. Tutto pulito e perfetto!

Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Bildern im Internet, eher noch besser. Antonio selbst haben wir nicht getroffen, aber er antwortete auf unsere Fragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit, sodass wir ohne Probleme alles fanden, auch die Restaurantempfehlung war klasse. Aus Zeitgründen waren wir nur für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft. Jederzeit gerne wieder. 😊👍

Abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno. Casa bella con tutto il necessario vicino alla spiaggia libera e attrezzata. Sulla spiaggia libera cera pocchissima gente (forse perché era fuori stagione), e non avevamo problemi a portare il cane con noi. Il ristorante li vicino era ottimo e il propietario molto disponibile anche se non avevano ancora aperto. Un soggiorno bellissimo per chi ama la tranquilitá e il mare

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

Termoli is a busy port town but the apartment is in the old city of Termoli. Mainly walking streets and great views from the city wall. I emnjoyed my stay in Termoli. Thank you Maurizio for being so helpful.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa in questo incantevole luogo, accolti da padroni di casa molto accoglienti e mai invadenti. Gli spazi esterni sono gradevolissimi e ben curati, con angoli freschi e ventilati che offrono una piacevole vista sul mare e sui trabocchi. Giulia, Mimmo e Francesca sono stati calorosi e premurosi, ci hanno consigliato un sacco di posti da vedere, ma purtroppo riuscire a fare tutto in così poco tempo non è stato possibile: quindi ci ritorneremo molto volentieri! Comodo parcheggio riservato e ombreggiato.

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

We absolutely loved our stay at Christian’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is beautiful, modern, full of everything you could need and extremely clean. Very spacious and excellent location. We will certainly be staying here again if we return to Pescara! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

It was a wonderful weekend ( we immediately regretted that it was so short). Right from the start we were wonderfully looked after, Francesca was already waiting for us on the street, checking that we were ok. Thanks to her warm welcome despite my health problems, I knew straight away that it was going to be wonderful. Flat great, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms!!! Water, magdalens, coffee everything is there to start the day well. Super fragrant toiletries in the shower, large towels. Sea view from the balcony.... Close to the beach. I recommend with all my heart and Francesca and the flat. We will 100% come back.😍🥰😍🥰

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

Excelente departamento, grande y cómodo, volvería. A tener en cuenta que NO dispone de conexión a internet, luego todo lo demás perfecto.

La stanza è davvero centralissima, perfetta per chi vuole vivere il centro città a piedi! L'ambiente è bello, arredato con gusto e accogliente. In generale la pulizia era buona, anche se ho trovato un po' di polvere in alcuni angoli. Il letto era leggermente scomodo, ma comunque adatto per soggiorni brevi. Fabrizio è stato fin da subito molto disponibile e gentile. Nonostante questi piccoli dettagli, consiglio assolutamente questa struttura per la sua posizione imbattibile e l'atmosfera piacevole!
