Great place. Very safe location with plenty of things to do. The apartment was as described with plenty of privacy and the host were quick to respond to messages or any help request. Would recommend.

Excelente lugar para alojamiento, tranquilo, súper seguro y cómodo, ideal para personas o grupos que vienen a trabajar a Santiago por varios días y vienen desde una provincia lejano, en mi caso desde San Cristóbal.

Una de las mejores estadías en Santiago. Cerca de supermercados (Bravo, Nacional), Farmacias, Ágora y un sin número de lugares para comer. El alojamiento fue tal cual descrito en su anuncio. Con camas cómodas, aire acondicionado y abanicos de techo en cada habitación y sala. Un inversor para cuando se vaya la luz (si, la luz se va, estamos en RD) para poder seguir utilizando el wifi, abanicos y televisores. Una cocina amplia con todo lo que puedas necesitar para cocinar, incluyendo los electrodomésticos necesarios (cafetera, tostadora, sandwichera, microondas). Área de lavado amplia con lavadora y secadora. Una casa llena de detalles para nosotros en nuestra llegada. Definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos aquí porque todo fluyó muy bien en un alojamiento limpio con una anfitriona receptiva y dispuesta a informar todo de la manera más clara posible. Gracias por hospedarnos. Nos volveremos a quedar sin duda.

Excelente Villa. Habitaciones todas con camas grandes y bien equipadas. La villa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia con amigos o familiares.

My stay was very nice. My family and I enjoyed our time here. The backyard was the best. The house is spacious and clean, it looked better in person. Felt right at home. The only thing that I can say is there were a lot of mosquitoes but other than that no other complaints. Mary was super nice and made sure we had a good stay. Will definitely return !

Excelente lugar, buena comunicación, se nos fue el agua a las 8 de la noche por un tema con una tubería y en 20 minutos ya estaba resuelto y con agua. Solo fue comunicarle y resolvió. Gracias por todo!

After renting out the Villa a few weeks ago and discovering this amazing place, we decided to move our leadership meetings to the villa. Once again, we were just blown away by the amount of meeting space, sleeping space and obviously the pool and recreational areas are top notch. We were so pleased with our stay and it blew our expectations out of the water. Candy and her team had the place ready and were very responsive to anything that came up and had some great tips and recommendations for our stay. Thank you Candy!

I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a great place to stay. I have visited multiple times and have never faced any issues. The location is excellent as it is near the monumental zone which offers many restaurants and activities. Americo the host is very accommodating and always responds quickly to any requests. Overall this apartment provides a wonderful experience for all guests.

Apartamento muy cuidado, limpio, luminoso y en zona muy tranquila. Responde exactamente a lo anunciado. Los propietarios han estado atentos a satisfacer nuestras necesidades en todo momento.

El lugar es exactamente como se muestra en la aplicación: limpio, acogedor y bien equipado. Todo estuvo en perfectas condiciones. La anfitriona, Deyanirys, fue muy atenta y servicial desde el primer momento, siempre dispuesta a ayudar con cualquier detalle. Sin duda, lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme allí.

Location, Location A lot of space, very good sizes for family and friends but also very private! I will stay in the future, for sure.

The host was very fast with their response especially as i booked it last minute. They also gave me recommendations for restaurants and tourists attractions to visit whilst i was there. The property was very cosy and i also enjoyed the rooftop views with the swimming pool. I will definitely come back to Santiago and recommend staying there.
