Holiday rentals with beach access in Licata

Casabedda ist ein Traum. Perfekt ausgestattet, direkt am Wasser, zum Strand von Marina die Ragusa läuft man 25 min immer am Wasser entlang und durch den sehr hübschen Yachthafen. Ein Auto kann man direkt vor der Unterkunft parken,das braucht man auch zum Einkaufen und um noch andere Orte zu besuchen, z. B. Ragusa Altstadt (ca. 30min) oder Syracusa (ca. 90 min). Bis nach Catania braucht man auch mindestens. 90 min. Gianni ist der perfekte Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar, spricht sehr gut Englisch und kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Seine Unterkunft ist der ideale Ort um mal für ein paar Tage die Seele baumeln zu lassen und Zeit am Meer zu verbringen.

Rossella ist eine sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte und flexible Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns in ihrer Unterkunft sehr wohlt gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist klein, bietet aber für zwei Personen alles was benötigt wird. Die Dachschrägen verleihen der Wohnung einen tollen Charme. Atemberaubend und super schön ist die grosse, sonnige Terrasse. Das Meer ist, trotz zweiter Strassenreihe, aufgrund der Höhe der Terrasse (3.OG), fast zum Greifen nah. In Gehdistanz befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der schöne Ortskern von Marina di Ragusa mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Gelaterias. Die Wohnung im dritten Stock ist nur über Treppen (die letzte etwas eng und steil) erreichbar. Man sollte gut zu Fuss sein - dann ist das kein Problem. Vielen Dank Rossella, dass wir in eurer tollen Wohnung unsere Ferien verbringen durften!

Es war so schön in Siculiana Marina und in der Wohnung. Eine wunderbare Terrasse mit Meerblick und eine schöne Wohnung zum Entspannen. Der Empfang war persönlich und sehr freundlich und auch zwischendurch konnten wir alle Fragen stellen, die wir zu Restaurants oder der Umgebung hatten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione meravigliosa, calma e tranquilla e a due passi dal mare, grazie al suo accesso diretto in spiaggia. L'appartamento è arredato in maniera molto elegante con i suoi mobili classici, è estremamente pulito e in cucina non manca nulla. Al check-in ci ha accolto Paolo, che ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili sulla zona, posti da visitare, ristoranti dove mangiare ma anche aneddoti e storia dei dintorni. La parte migliore della nostra permanenza è stata sicuramente la cordialità di Paolo: ero in Sicilia per il mio matrimonio, e avevo prenotato una location per fare le foto della mia preparazione.A seguito di una cancellazione all'ultimo momento dell'altra location, Paolo si è subito reso disponibile a lasciarmi utilizzare il loro giardino in via eccezionale, che grazie alla sua bellezza ha permesso lo scatto di foto meravigliose in un giorno così importante.Un caloroso ringraziamento a Paolo e non posso che consigliare questa bellissima casa vacanze!

Nice location walking distance down steps to a beautiful beach . Lots of space in the apartment. The kitchen could do with more equipment . We arrived late due to car hire issues . It would be lovely to have a small welcome pack in the apartment . A short drive gets you to the town of Sciacca where there are lots of nice restaurants Overall a great location and a lovely holiday .

Una casa super comoda con tutti servizi e pulitissima. Inoltre la veranda con vista mare è splendida. Accesso diretto al mare con spiaggia libera selvaggia .,. Le dune naturali creano un’atmosfera unica con tramonti spettacolari. La host Emanuela è suo marito sono fantastici. Grazie della vs ospitalità.

We stayed at Rosario’s place for two nights with our two year old daughter and wished we had booked a few more nights. We enjoyed the beach in walking distance, strolling around town and the beautiful sunsets viewed from the spacious balcony.

Absolutely beautiful beach location with lovely sand and clear blue waters. Very clean, spacious and well-equipped apartment about 15-20 minutes' walk to the centre of Donnalucata along the beach. We travelled as a couple but would be fantastic place to bring children as sea is calm and fairly shallow. Very responsive host.

We had a great time at Walter’s place. He was in communication with us as soon as we booked the trip. We were able to ask about parking (free right outside the apartment) and confirm we would’t drive through the ZTL. There was some construction happening in an adjacent unit which Walter warned us about as soon as they started and even offered to cancel our stay and give us a refund. We barely even noticed the construction past the beautiful view from the apartment and large balcony which we ate all our meals on. We were greeted by Walter’s associate who helped us bring our luggage up the stairs and gave us a tour of the place. The beach is gorgeous and quiet. We were there during the week in the middle of the day and there were probably 5 other people on the beach. Walter left 2 chairs, towels, and an umbrella for the beach. Walter also sent a detailed document with local recommendations including places to park and eat in the city of Sciacca. We would definitely stay again.

Casa accogliente coerente con il contesto. Tutto funzionante alla perfezione e completo oltre le nostre aspettative. Come precisato da Monica la casa è isolata noi suggeriamo di alloggiarvi con altra coppia. Consigliatissimo per chi ama la tranquillità anche in agosto.

We stayed here for 4 nights , 4 adult's and a child , for a friend's wedding. Soon as we arrived, we felt at home, we were greeted by Paolo who showed us around and Marcello was always available to answer any enquiries. The location and house wow , views and steps down to the beach , moonlight views from the bedrooms and sunsets we didn't want to leave , and will return. Grazie mille

A truly 5 star airbnb! Location is perfect, a beautiful view of the marina and right next to the beach and sea. The balcony is great for eating and relaxing. The bed was comfortable, shower really good, and the place was very clean. The AC was very good and very needed in the heat. Wifi was good, we didn’t use the TV so cannot comment. The host was very friendly and met us at check in to explain everything. Definitely one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in!

Sono una famiglia di cuore come si dice dei siciliani ma come pochi siciliani così si incontrano. L’alloggio piccolo ma rifinito e ricco di tutte le comodità. L’area intorno serena è immersa nel verde, una pace incredibile. La piscina bella e piacevole. Il mare a due passi, spiagge splendide!

★★★★★ Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren super, super zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt – wirklich von Anfang bis Ende alles top! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben (wenn nicht sogar besser), sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Man hat sich sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls man Fragen hatte – man merkt einfach, dass hier mit Herz und Verstand gearbeitet wird. Die Lage war ebenfalls perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Alles war einfach unkompliziert, angenehm und völlig stressfrei. Kurz gesagt: Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Fünf Sterne reichen eigentlich gar nicht aus!

Beautiful Beautiful, modern house on a gorgeous beach. Walk out the back patio directly onto the beach, and take a leisurely walk to Donnalucata, a pretty seaside town with a fish market and plenty of restaurants and stores. Definitely check out Blue Moon gelateria! Our hosts Eliana and Oriana were absolutely great, very responsive; minor issues (wifi not working, hot water problem) were fixed very quickly. Oriana gave us directions to a local medical clinic when one of our party took ill. The location is perfect for exploring southern Sicily; Scicli, Ragusa, Modica, Noto, etc. are all within short driving distance. This is a great place to relax and explore the area. You will enjoy the modern amenities, sleep well in the confortable beds, and wake up in the morning to see horses walking on the beach and the fishing boats at works just off the shore. Definitely a place I would go back to. One note of caution; the last 100 meters or so of the road to the house is a narrow dirt road .

La casa di vetro è un alloggio accogliente e confortevole, le vetrate rendono l'ambiente molto luminoso e contribuiscono a creare un'atmosfera unica. La spiaggia, pulita e poco affollata, dista 2 minuti a piedi. Saverio si è dimostrato un host discreto ma molto disponibile, ritornerò sicuramente!

Un hermoso departamento, extremadamente limpio, con muchísimos detalles en la decoración, que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en el corazón de un pequeño y encantador pueblo pesquero, desde el cual podías trasladarte en muy corto tiempo (5-15 min) a las principales atracciones de la zona: ciudad de Agrigento, el Valle de los 7 Templos, la Sacalla desde Turchi…) Massimiliano un anfitrión súper atento, nos recibió personalmente y no brindó muchos consejos y recomendaciones. Sin duda alguna, si alguna vez regresamos a Sicilia, volveríamos al departamento de Massimiliano 😀

Tolle Wohnung in traumhafter Lage! Die Terasse ist das Herzstück der Wohnung. Wer eine strandnahe Wohnung sucht, ist hier definitiv richtig!

Ideal location away from the crowds to see Agrigento and other towns in the region. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. There is a charming view over the sea and marina. The parking space is invaluable. The village has cafes but the supermarket is 5km away.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mehr als genossen! Rossano ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, er hat nicht nur immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet sondern uns auch freundlich und herzlich Empfangen. Zusätzlich hat er in der Unterkunft einige kostenlose Annehmlichkeiten, wie z.B. Getränke, Zutaten für Pasta und Frühstück bereitgestellt. Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Der Ausblick auf das Meer am Tage sowie beim Sonnenuntergang ist unbezahlbar! Die Gegend ist nicht zu überlaufen und trotzdem gibt es einige gute Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der nahen Umgebung (Auto empfehlenswert). Wir werden definitiv noch einmal zurückkommen!

beautiful house, wonderful space, Close to the beach and wonderful view. it was early. spring and the weather was cold-ish and the house has a very good heater. also AC in all rooms. lots of beautiful books and magazines about art, Sciacca town, sicily in the living room. also great recommendations where to eat. kitchen is super well equipped and we felt really at home cooking for the family. the only thing that hat it is not mentioned in the description of the apartment is that the place is a house divided in 4 apartments. one of the rooms has an exit door and windows directly to the entrance and patio of one of the apartments. so when people are there and talking normal, there is no isolation to the sounds coming from outside. same to the apartment above, someone was cleaning up there in the evening and it was very hearable. there is no ceiling lamp in most of the rooms and at night the light is low. all for all we had a lovely time and loved our stay.

Perfect Spot Close to the Beach and Town We had a lovely stay in Marina di Ragusa! The location is ideal — just a few steps from the beach, and everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, the marina, shops, and the town center. The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our little one. It’s compact but very practical and cozy. Just a heads-up: the apartment is located right by the main promenade, so the area can be lively, especially in the evenings. If you enjoy being in the heart of the action, it’s perfect! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it for a fun and convenient beach holiday.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, mit drei Schlafzimmern, einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer sowie einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Das absolute Highlight ist die großzügige Außenterrasse mit einer weiteren Küche, Grill, Außendusche und sogar einer separaten Toilette. Zusätzlich gibt es eine zweite Terrasse am Eingangsbereich, perfekt, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen – was in dieser Jahreszeit besonders angenehm war, da es nicht zu heiß war. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Stefania hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, war jederzeit erreichbar und stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns bei ihr rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir haben viele Ausflüge unternommen und lieben es, lange Spaziergänge am Meer zu machen – besonders empfehlen können wir Donnalucata. Auch die Städte Syrakus, Modica und Ragusa Ibla haben uns mit ihrer Schönheit und Atmosphäre beeindruckt. Wir danken Stefania von Herzen ♥️!
