Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

The living area features wooden flooring and high ceilings, creating a spacious ambiance. A dining table with four chairs is positioned next to a cabinet. Plush seating is provided by a deep purple sofa and armchair. Natural light floods in through large windows with elegant drapes.
