Back patio has swing chair and picnic table , hammock for a nice quiet relaxing time .enjoy wildlife birds, deer, etc. always on standby to answer question. our local handyman is ready to address any issues you may have. Full kitchen with all your cooking needs. This is a perfect vacation spot to have fun and make beautiful memories.

Welcome to our sun-filled home with a magical backyard where two creeks converge! This modernized farmhouse is an easy 8-min drive to Livingston Manor, one of the most popular towns in the Catskills. The home is on the sleepy Main St of a hamlet with a fully fenced yard for you to relax with kids or pets :) You can truly unwind and enjoy nature without having to leave the property, stroll the rail trail just a few doors down from the house, or use our tips to explore the area!

Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .
