Beautiful cottage situated amidst 12 hectares of nature, between meadows and forest, perfect for strolling and observing wildlife. A quiet and relaxing place. The cottage is located in the Jasnières vineyard with a magnificent view of the Loir Valley. From the cottage, you can visit beautiful villages by the river by the greenway. We are farmer-bakers, and our farm is located 3 minutes from the cottage. You can come and collect your bread from the farm and enjoy a glass of wine at our winemaker friends' place.

Petite salle de bain-douche incluant les WC. Large entrée pourvue de gds placards ( L-linge,Sèche-L) Possibilité de ranger les vélos ou motos dans le couloir privé fermé du RDC.

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Our philosophy: furnishing a house as if it was meant for our friends, our extended family

Outside, direct access to the terrace with seating, a shared above ground pool, large shared lawned garden, trampoline, swings and various toys for children.

Enjoy an exceptional location to visit the historic heart of France, in Touraine on the site of the Pays De Racan and close to the Loir Valley, 45 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 5 minutes by car from the Clarté Dieu 5 minutes and the Domaine de la Fougeraie. The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.
