Beautiful cottage situated amidst 12 hectares of nature, between meadows and forest, perfect for strolling and observing wildlife. A quiet and relaxing place. The cottage is located in the Jasnières vineyard with a magnificent view of the Loir Valley. From the cottage, you can visit beautiful villages by the river by the greenway. We are farmer-bakers, and our farm is located 3 minutes from the cottage. You can come and collect your bread from the farm and enjoy a glass of wine at our winemaker friends' place.

You'll be able to see the stars from your bed and relax in the jacuzzi. Enjoy an unforgettable stay hiking in the vineyards, around the lake or browsing through castles, gardens and museums. Tiny heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer.

Enjoy an exceptional location to visit the historic heart of France, in Touraine on the site of the Pays De Racan and close to the Loir Valley, 45 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 5 minutes by car from the Clarté Dieu 5 minutes and the Domaine de la Fougeraie. The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.

Idéalement située entre le Loir et la vallée de la Loire, vous serez à proximité des châteaux et des vignobles. C'est une région idéale pour les balades à vélos et les randonnées. Au cœur du village, vous trouverez toutes les commodités (boulangerie, restaurant, bar/tabac, pharmacie, épicerie etc...).

Access to the room is via an atypical external staircase. Equipped kitchen, all on a fully enclosed 8500 m2 wooded plot. A heated in-ground Jacuzzi is also available to guests. Check-in 3 p.m., check-out 11 a.m. We provide bed linen, towels, coffee, tea and sugar. Dog friendly!

From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
