Small single-storey house at the bottom of a garden composed of a living/dining room/bright kitchen and a bedroom with dressing room, a shower room and a small fenced garden area that can accommodate a family, and animals. Everything has been refurbished for optimal comfort and rest. The accommodation is located 50 m from the beach, close to all amenities (bar, restaurant, supermarket, tobacco, press, etc.), and a few meters from the fishing port and marina of L'Herbaudiere.

You rent the 80 m2 ground floor consisting of 3 bedrooms on 300 m2 of land for 6 people, classified as 3-star furnished tourism. The Feu Follet studio is located on the first floor in a very quiet private residence. You have at your disposal a balcony as well as a private terrace without vis-à-vis on the ground floor of 20 m² which, at nightfall, will offer you a touch of romance by lighting up.
