Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovan in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Panorama House Lipno

Panorama House Lipno is a luxurious place where time stands still and you won't want for anything, ideal for relaxing while enjoying a panoramic view of the Lipno Dam. We pride ourselves on loyalty and discretion – here, it's just you, the fireplace and the hot tub! An outdoor hot tub for 24-hour use is included in the rental. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are always clean. Panorama House Lipno is located in the area of Karlovy Dvory, 3km from the village of Horní Planá for shopping opportunities. Swimming in the Lipno Reservoir at a distance of 750m.

Old Town Living Studio

This unique, cosy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of the historic centre of Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated, with a focus on detail, comfort and functionality. The standout feature of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, which guarantees perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while they're away.

Chalupa u Prachatic

Ideal cottage for family recreation in Šumava with year-round operation. Two bedrooms (2+2 and 2 beds), two living rooms (2 beds in the upper), two equipped kitchens, two bathrooms, three toilets. On the ground floor there is an infrared sauna and a whirlpool (with enough water for an extra fee), a private Finnish sauna 1 km away (extra fee). Absolute peace. Private pond. Outdoor playground (swing, slide, sandbox). Newly built covered summer kitchen for outdoor seating (pergola) with fireplace, drinking water, electric stove and electricity.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Medieval tower built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle.
