This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

From the beginning to the end, Maria was always there to assist us with our accommodations, her communications were top notch since she would always reply to any of our questions or concerns. We ran into some weather issues on our way to LI and were running late at night on our first day. I truly admired her and her husband for treating us like family. The room is just like the pictures and the private bathroom was spacious and super clean. I would definitely return to stay in this quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The accommodations were better than staying at a hotel. We would like to recommend Maria's place so anyone staying in Long Island can experience this amazing place to stay. Thank you and hope to be back soon!!

Fabio’s place stands out and is superior to many of the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in because of the spaciousness and uncluttered. I stayed in a small room temporarily until the room with the adjoining bathroom became available. The small room is very airy with a big window facing the street. Has its own tv and everything was clean and inviting. The neighborhood is nice. I will return when I’m doing another renovation in my house. The host is very kind and responds very quickly.
