2-bedroom apartment of 68 m2 in a quiet residence 1.2 km from the shopping area of Savannah ST PAUL, about 15 minutes from the town of ST GILLES and its beaches with turquoise water and white sand. Residence located right next to the ST PAUL pond, pleasant area for a walk or a small picnic with family or friends. For sports enthusiasts, the fitness trail is almost at the foot of the residence, the latter runs along a pebble beach located a few meters from the residence

The Sapotes Bungalow

In a villa 200 m above sea level with heated pool: small independent bungalow in garden (master bedroom, double bed, shower room, outdoor kitchen). Shared access to a covered terrace with a large table, garden and pool. We have a lovely dog in the garden. There is an extra charge of €6 per night if there are 2 of you. Local shops within 10 min walk. Saint-Paul center is a 20-minute drive and beaches are 30 minutes away. Public transport is possible but complicated.

Depending on the season, banana, mango, cotton, papaya and of course the pool all year round, minimum 23° in winter and 32° in summer. We give you priority at the pool.
