My house is an old Angevin farmhouse in tuffeau. An outdoor staircase will allow you to enter your private space: 3 bedrooms (depending on reservation), 1 bathroom and separate toilet. To access the kitchen, you have to go down this outdoor staircase. The house is located 800 m from the Loire river, 3 km from the village of Les Rosiers s/ Loire (shops, bars, restaurants...). You can reach Angers (30 km) or Saumur (20 km) by following the Loire with superb views.
