Located directly on the beautiful beachfront of the wonderful, old quarter of Sitges, with full, spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, this stylish, comfortable studio apartment is the perfect place to relax and feel at home. We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night.

25m² studio located just a 12-minute walk from the beach, 5-minute walk from the centre of Sitges, and 45 minutes by train from the city of Barcelona. It features a semi-covered 30m² terrace, decorated in a bohemian and chic style, with an outdoor shower and stunning sea views. The studio includes a microwave, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, portable cooktop, and toaster (there is no washing machine). Access is via an elevator to the second floor, followed by stairs.

The apartment is located on Paseo de la Ribera, it is in the center of Sitges, a few meters from the church and in front of the seashore. Pedestrian streets surround it, ideal for romantic walks and discovering the most typical places of this town, the architecture, the multitude of shops and the fantastic gastronomy, to enjoy an exquisite holiday next to the beach in Sitges.

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

It is in a perfect location for your vacation: next to the train, bus and taxi station, 200 meters from the beach and a 5-minute walk to downtown, the old town and shopping area. In Vilanova i la Geltrú we have miles of beaches, a center full of shops and with all the amenities, museums, good national and international cuisine, and also nature.

The Englishman's house

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.

Bright apartment in the center of Vilanova. Recently renovated mid-19th century house with a simple and modern style. The space is very suggestive as there are different textures, different heights and materials, both modern and old. The apartment consists of an open space where we find a living room with kitchen and living room and a space for the bedroom. The bathroom is the only part of the apartment that is closed.
