Why not drop your bags with us during a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the Seine, awarded 4 flowers. Amenities: butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle charging station, bread delivery 2 km (Gyé/Seine). Multisport field and children's games 300 m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

Quaint house with private garden, rural bliss!

Escape the crazy world and stay in this stone cottage in a calm Burgundian village in the heart of the Auxois countryside. Rolling green hills, ancient footpaths, fresh country air, birdsong and starry nights await you. You might spend most of your time in this haven of peace and tranquility and wander little further than the enclosed garden. Alternatively venture out and discover UNESCO sites, hilltop villages, medieval towns and the lakes and trails of the Morvan Park.

"Entre Ciel & Vigne" gîte comprising a large and pleasant living room with views of the vineyard, located in Fleys, a winegrowing village 5 km from Chablis. Designed to be warm and friendly, for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.  From the house, put on your sneakers and access superb viewpoints in a few minutes… Mountain biking, hiking or running, in the vineyards or in the forest, the choice is yours! Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

Villa Germaine – beautiful GARDEN and view of the SEINE

Welcome to Villa Germaine, a house with a direct view of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I have renovated with a view to welcoming you for a Burgundy getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

"The lovers' nest" spa and home cinema 3*

"Lovers' Nest" is the ideal place for couples seeking relaxation and zen. This fully renovated 70 m2 house has been furnished and decorated in natural shades and materials by a decor addict. This cozy cocoon is the perfect place to meet as a couple and have a good time together. The +: jacuzzi, massage room, video projector with home theater Beautiful services, tasteful decor and pretty materials such as polished concrete, linen, organic cotton...

Detached house with 1200 m2 fenced plot. Quiet neighborhood. Complete renovation in May 2025. Key handover in person or key box. Parking in front or in the courtyard. 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed, sofa bed in the living room. Garden furniture and children's playhouse to enjoy the outdoors. Depending on the date of your booking, you may be able to eat some fruit and vegetables from the vegetable garden. Entrance through a veranda (7 steps).

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

To complete this idyllic setting, you will find on site outdoor games (petanque, badminton), hammock, kayak, barbecue... Possibility to rent a second trailer without a kitchen (4 people). Cozy cottage near the Orient Lakes

At the end of a cul-de-sac, peaceful country house located less than a 10-minute drive from the Orient Lakes. Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

Fred's cottage, small house

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, vineyards and factory stores. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.

(AUTONOMOUS INPUT) Located within our property, a place called “Ferme du Val Bruant” You can have lunch in our magnificent garden where you will discover a breathtaking view of the Aujon Valley and can visit the magnificent village of ARC EN BARROIS
