Your accommodation, located in the Heart of Cotentin, close to the West Coast, is part of a small picturesque village in the Normandy region. Le Vrétot was a municipality now attached to the neighboring town, Bricquebec-en-Cotentin, located 8 km away. This is where you will find the amenities to make your stay comfortable, your food needs, health needs, and the life of the Monday market. Two supermarkets and many shops. Tours: The castles of Bricquebec and Saint-Sauveur-le-Vicomte are medieval works that are worth checking out, with its 11th century keep, Bricquebec has obtained the "City of Art and History" label and the city of Saint-Sauveur was the creative refuge of Barbey d'Aurevilly. Sensitive to local architecture, walk to the church of Vrétot and take the opportunity to tour this ancient village with beautiful views of the countryside. Hiking, cycling or horseback riding, high tides for shore fishing. The Cité de la Mer de Cherbourg and its beautiful aquarium, the white sandy beaches of the west coast, the nearest is only 12 km away. Carteret is one of the most beautiful local seaside resorts. Beaches steeped in history like Utah Beach, close to Sainte-Mère Eglise, are very popular. Also, don't forget to stock up at the "Maison du Biscuit" in Sortosville-en-Beaumont, just 3 km away, before leaving Normandy, the landscapes of La Hague and Val de Saire. The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Les Tilleuls.

In a small peaceful hamlet in Bricquebec en Cotentin, the cottage "Les Tilleuls", a family home since the 1930s and a former farmhouse that can accommodate 6 people, is located 3.5 km from the small town, a small town of character with its medieval castle and shops. Cotentin is located in Normandy, where you will find the beaches of Barneville-Carteret 20 minutes away, the landing beaches, Sainte-Mère Église 25 minutes away. Cherbourg and the Cité de la Mer 30 minutes away.

Exceptional location for this very sunny studio "Sardine argentée" with a surface area of 28m², fully renovated, very well equipped and with fibre optic cables. It is on the garden level in a small and quiet residence located in Surtainville, close to Barneville-Carteret and Flamanville on the West coast of the Cotentin. You will appreciate its immense fine sandy beach, along the path of the Douaniers (GR 223), 100 m from the house and its location on the Route des Caps!

Cosy, rural, comfortable apartment plus terrace.

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.

La Cotentinoise

House in a quiet and pleasant subdivision, in the heart of Cotentin. Called by the locals "the city of the dungeon", Bricquebec has an 11th century fortified castle. 15 minutes from Carteret and Sciotot beaches, 25 minutes from Cherbourg and 35 minutes from the D-Day Landing beaches.
