Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Cosy Self Catering Apartment in a Converted Barn

Situated in a tranquil village in the Champagne region, this self catering space provides a quiet place to do your own thing. Nearby to a prize Golf Course and also Chaource famous for its cheese, it's a good stopping point on your journey North or South or great for just a quiet stay to explore the picturesque region and do some wine/champagne tasting, walking and cycling. This old renovated house, originally built for the workers of the Moutot factory (a 19th-century cement factory) awaits you by the banks of the Serein River, with its feet in the water. The living space is located on the first floor, accessible from the courtyard via a staircase, and from the garden through the terrace overlooking the river. This place is a haven of nature in a very peaceful environment. 5-minute drive from Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Appartement très lumineux de 50m2 aux prestations haut de gamme. Venez profiter d’une vue exceptionnelle de jour comme de nuit sur le Vieux Troyes. Vous pourrez vous détendre dans une balnéo de standing. Vous passerez la nuit dans une chambre offrant une literie digne d’un grand hôtel ainsi qu’une télévision très grand format. Le long balcon vous permettra d’admirer la vue en profitant de l’extérieur. Votre voiture sera stationnée dans un box sécurisé au sous-sol de l’immeuble.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

At the foot of the forest, take a nice walk to the ponds and come back to bask in the beautiful evening light and a great view of horses and nature. Many activities nearby await you for adults (visit to wine cellars, champagne, etc.) and for the youngest (discovery of goats and alpacas, tree climbing for example).
