Apartamento reformado, todas las habitaciones dan al exterior. Es un piso muy luminoso y tranquilo. La zona es residencial. Como se trata de un piso recién reformado hay TV satelite, altavoz inalámbrico. WiFi rápido fibra, todos los pequeños electrodomésticos y chromecast. Plaza de parking. La playa está a 4 min andando y la montaña al otro lado. La parada del autobús está en la misma calle. trenes a 500 m. Hay dos supermercados en el vecindario (2 min.). Dispones de paddle, tennis, basket, futbol todo muy cerca. La pesca es posible pero complicada como en todos los sitios. Shopping Barnasud, Sant Boi con Leeroy Merlin hasta Decathlon y el style hunter outlet todo a 5km en autopista desde el piso tardas menos que 10 minutos en coche. Estaremos disponibles siempre a través de wassap. La zona es muy tranquila, siempre hay aparcamiento en la calle aunque disponemos de una plaza privada en el edificio. Tienes la playa a dos minutos andando y la montaña a 5 minutos andando. La parada del autobús (p.e. L95 a Plaza Catalunya) está en la misma calle. El tren, que se encuentra a 500m, llega tanto al Aeropuerto como a la estación Francia o a la Plaza España. Si tienes que fumar rogamos hacerlo en la terrazza.
