La playa está a 4 min andando y la montaña al otro lado. La parada del autobús está en la misma calle. trenes a 500 m. Hay dos supermercados en el vecindario (2 min.). Estaremos disponibles siempre a través de wassap. La zona es muy tranquila, siempre hay aparcamiento en la calle aunque disponemos de una plaza privada en el edificio. Tienes la playa a dos minutos andando y la montaña a 5 minutos andando. La parada del autobús (p.e. L95 a Plaza Catalunya) está en la misma calle. El tren, que se encuentra a 500m, llega tanto al Aeropuerto como a la estación Francia o a la Plaza España. Si tienes que fumar rogamos hacerlo en la terrazza.
