La playa está a 4 min andando y la montaña al otro lado. La parada del autobús está en la misma calle. trenes a 500 m. Hay dos supermercados en el vecindario (2 min.). Dispones de paddle, tennis, basket, futbol todo muy cerca. La pesca es posible pero complicada como en todos los sitios. El tren, que se encuentra a 500m, llega tanto al Aeropuerto como a la estación Francia o a la Plaza España. Si tienes que fumar rogamos hacerlo en la terrazza.
