Close to major highways, we are at a junction between the beautiful white sandy beaches of Grande-Terre and the tropical wonders of Basse-Terre. 10 minutes from downtown Pointe-à-Pitre, 15 minutes from Gosier Beach. Unique in its size, location and undisputed calm, our villa will be suitable for your vacation within our islands. 🏠 The Villa consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 bed, one with an ensuite shower room. A 2nd shower room/toilet. A lounge area, TV (satellite channels), Wi-Fi. An equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine. Large covered terrace, gazebo equipped for meals and relaxation. Private pool (3 m x 6 m), 6-seater spa. Garden, BBQ, garage, separate toilet, electric gate. 🏡 We also have an adjoining Bungalow with a kitchenette, an air-conditioned bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and a shower room/toilet. ➳ We can therefore accommodate a maximum capacity of 8 people. We therefore ask you to confirm the number of guests participating in the stay when booking. The provision of the Bungalow is subject to an additional cost of €70/night (for 2 people). Indeed, we automatically count an occupancy of 2 people (if you wish to rent the bungalow please indicate the number 8 people when making your booking in order to have the exact rental price). Each bungalow is discreet, spacious and includes 2 bedrooms, living room, 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen, its own private pool with large deck area with garden view.
