Aren is an amazing host very helpful and friendly. The property was really peaceful and in the middle of forests and mountains. One of the best places to stay with nature. The food was great and so was the feel of the place. Made some really great friend during my stay there. I would recommend Aren's property for those who want to stay away from the crowded cities and love nature. I would certainly visit Aren again whenever I am in Armenia.

We stayed in Michael’s apartment for a little over two months, and during this time, we encountered minimal issues, which were rare. For short-term stays, future guests are unlikely to face any problems. The main drawback we encountered was the weak water pressure in the shower. However, once we informed the host, Michael, he promptly arranged for a new high-quality pump to be installed the next day. While this didn’t fully resolve the issue, Michael’s responsiveness was impressive. He was always quick to respond, even late at night or early in the morning, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment is well-equipped with a wide range of household appliances, making it suitable for long-term stays. The neighborhood is pleasant, but not touristy, with all essential amenities nearby, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and hair salons. It’s also convenient to get to the city center, with affordable taxi options in Yerevan. Overall, the apartment is spacious, cozy, and bright. Strong 5/5

Мы выбрали апартаменты для встречи большой семьи. Нас было 6 взрослых и ребенок и квартира идеальна нам подошла. Все как на фото. Три больших спальни и зона для общения. Мы могли проводить комфортно время вместе и отдыхать. Мы часто кушали дома, для этого все подготовлено. Также в доме есть вкусный ресторанчик суши, кофейня, магазины. Очень уютный и ухоженный двор, с детскими площадками и охраной, ребенок играл в футбол с местными детками. До центра ездили на такси. Они очень недорогие в Ереване. С террасы видна гора Арарат. С хозяином все было организовано хорошо, все договоренности соблюдены. Все родственники и ребенок и бабушка/дедушка очень довольны! Рекомендуем!

Zove and Karin took me by surprise. The amount of warmth, hospitality and the village experience away from the hustle and bustle made our trip memorable. Karin and her family made us feel at home. As we head back, we will forever cherish the stay and the company.

Magnifique appartement, très propre et très agréable avec le balcon qui donne sur la nature. Gros plus: dans cet appartement a résidé le compositeur Babajanyan et j’ai pu jouer sur son piano! Excellente expérience !

Good apartment on the first floor of the house (with a separate entrance), very close to the city center, a lot of local restaurants in a walking distance. Well furnished kitchen, the entire apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Host was very kind and responsive.
