I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the village Crezancy-en-Sancerre. There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

O'gite Sancerrois

Completely renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure for walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the vacation rental. Ideally located house in a wine village (18) in the heart of Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike path. Village church classified as a historic monument. Visit the vineyards with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. An electric/hybrid car connection is available upon request and for a fee of €8 per day.

The Intendant’s lodging House

In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Among family or between friends, come to discover the flavors and the heritage of Giennois, High Berry and Pays Fort Sancerrois, near the Sologne region.

Maison Henri[ette] This is the story of memories, family celebrations, and vacations. I bought the house of my grandparents Henri and Henriette, in Léré in the Cher department. I got the idea to make it a friendly place to live. The @maison_henri_ette is born and available for rent. You will find 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets on site. Guests can enjoy 2 kitchens, a friendly living room and a dining room, not to mention a beautiful backyard.

Located close to the Loire Valley cycling route. Ideal starting point for visiting the area: Sancerre, Briare, Vézelay, Bourges, Nevers, Auxerre, Orléans, Guédelon, Saint-Fargeau. Easily accessible accommodation by car, close to the A77 highway. Parking in the house yard.

"La Homerie" Cottage in the heart of nature

"La Homerie" is a very beautiful 220 m2 thatched cottage surrounded by nature, facing a 1.8 hectare pond. Wooded park, forest and terrace with barbecue. Composed of a ground floor with equipped kitchen and large living room, as well as a floor with bathroom and bedrooms. Very quiet, rest assured, unique in the area. In case of pets, please ask us beforehand. The house is non-smoking. Ideal base for visiting Sancerre! Fishing rights not included.

Gîte for 6 people, 2 bedrooms (160 x 200 bed and 2 90 x 200 single beds) and sofa bed in the living room. Excellent quality bedding. Beds made on arrival. Living/dining room with TV-Wifi. Equipped kitchen. Separate bathroom/toilet. Towels provided. Outdoor area: a courtyard, an outbuilding with fitness area (under construction), a room to store bicycles, a fenced garden. (3 km from Pouilly-sur-Loire, 13 km from Sancerre) Spacious house with 4 bedrooms each equipped with their bathroom. Towels and sheets are not provided (1 bed of 160, 2 of 140 and 2 of 90) If forgotten, I will charge you for the stay: €15 per bed
