“Very interesting place with many old ornaments, paints and preserved architecture. The house is equiped with all that you need to have a great stay. Very close to the dowtown (around 2 blocks) and the bay, where you can have many activities. Sonia was kind with us and I really appreciate that. However, the house could look like a haunted house for some people... jajajaja because of the antiques and some furnitures... but I reallly enjoyed the house...”
Beautiful typical house in this World Heritage City, with the best location facing the Papaloapan River and a few steps from the main square. Enjoy the beauty of the river and its unparalleled sunsets. The house has two bedrooms (one for three people and one for one), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and a huge patio with flowers by the river. Here you can breathe peace and harmony and enjoy the incredible hospitality of tlacotalpeños.
“I can't say enough about Elena and the time we spent at her place. As one of my protégés said, " why can't we spend some more time here?". Unfortunately, as a travelling band the itinerary is cast in stone. This place is spacious; it's clean, has all amenities, fronts the river, and is in the heart of downtown. Elena is one of the few hosts that greeted us in person. She took the time to explain the layout of both her place and the town.A little history primer was afforded by a truly gracious person. Finally, at the goodbye, she did take us down to the bus stop - gratis. I'd love to visit again .”
