Unique and cozy cottage by the lake

Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large slope plot on the shores of the pristine Lake Storträsk. The yard is a quiet and scenic place to spend a holiday, where the neighbors are not within sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Stay in a beautiful valley surrounded by oat fields and horse pastures. Still, it's only about 20 minutes to the airport! Here, you can admire deer by the evening fire and wake up in the morning to the sound of birdsong or the clucking of chickens. Three sheep will also move next to the tent for the summer, and we also have chickens that will keep you company during your visit. Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

This cottage offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday – just approx. 35 min drive from the centre of Helsinki and 24 min drive from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The main building accommodates four people and the guest cottage can accommodate two additional people. The stunning location by the lake invites you to swim in the clear water, get out in nature or spend your holiday playing golf.

From the comfort of your bed you can observe the Finnish wildlife including foxes, deers and abundance of birds. The cabin is located on a steep hill and in the bottom of the creek meanders a small river surrounded by dense vegetation. The cabin is designed by interior architect Heidi Taskinen and the interior draws inspiration from the surrounding nature and Scandinavian minimalism.
