Our stay was great. It is a place that complies with everything it offers.. Don Ricardo and his wife doña Karla and their children are too warm, make one feel like at home. I recommend it a thousand x thousand .. it is a place that is very centrally located, impeccable facilities. The place of residence is very safe, comfortable and with good attention from everyone. Ready for any need that arises, as well as providing solutions beyond their obligations. It's a second home!!!

Great cozy hostel. Super good room, with aircon and a huge bed. We enjoyed our stay in the exclusive surroundings, with hammocks, relax pool and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend a stay with Mauricio and his sweet wife. We'd love to come again.

Our stay was excellent, the house is spacious and very nice, very well cared for, Don Alexis and Doña Blanca are aware of what they can help you and make you feel welcome, I liked that they show you the whole house and they give you what you can find in the kitchen to help you in your stay. That it was in front of the beach was very important for us as we were going with an older adult who can't walk much and was able to enjoy it. The rooms are comfortable and offer privacy.

From check-in to check-out, everything was very straightforward. Natalia and Martin were very responsive, although everything went smoothly, so not much assistance was needed. The home was open and breezy, so it was very comfortable, especially in the evenings. It was just as it appeared in the photos. We enjoyed the company of the REAL owner of the house, Gustavo, the resident cat, and his often visiting friend Lulu. All-in-all, we felt very much at home and had a very nice time getting to see Managua and the surrounding area. There are some places on Lake Managua that were very pleasant, with a real tropical feel, right in the surrounding forest. We even got to see (and HEAR) a troupe of howler monkeys. All in all, it was an enjoyable trip, and always nice to have such a pleasant place to come back to each night,

Manfred was an exceptional host. Very proactive and communicative at all times. He explained everything very clearly.

Great spot for large groups. We had a fantastic time. Delicious restaurants within walking distance. We spent time in Leon because it is close enough to do activities there. Jeanette is really easy to communicate with and answers fast.

The house is very well conditioned, it has everything to make your perfect weekend.

Such a peaceful place to stay. The location is great with lots of restaurants to choose from. The sunsets by the beach are simply beautiful. Everyone (different age groups) enjoyed the place. Our expectations were met. Thank you for accommodating us.
