Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Leon County

Our stay at this modern and elegant home was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home for our family of 8. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully laid out to accommodate everyone comfortably. The host was incredibly proactive and communicative, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. We appreciated all the little touches that made the house feel warm and welcoming. Maria’s villa was perfect for our trip to FSU Parent Weekend. It was a quiet, relaxing area with local restaurants and shops, and just 30 minutes from college town. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We would stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at your property in Havana, FL. We hosted friends and family as we celebrated my daughter's graduation from college. The home had amazing character and was very comfortable for our 8 adults. The screened porch and pool was a hit. We did not get a chance to take advantage of the firepit and hot tub but maybe next time. Martha also helped us find rentals for table and chairs for a dinner we hosted. They made out stay stress-free considering we drove from Missouri City, TX. That again for a beautiful home!

This place was perfect for my stay! I came down for my graduation and it was so hard to find a location that wasn’t extremely expensive. Zen’s place was not only affordable, it was spacious and more than enough space for me and my family. We all loved our stay here.

A big thanks to our host for helping my graduation weekend a wonderful trip. TL's home is a 10-minute drive from Tallahassee airport, making arrivals and departures of family members very convenient. FAMU is only a 5-minute drive which made parking easily accessible and free from any traffic back-ups for the graduation ceremony. TL was very quick to respond to any questions we asked prior to arrival. The home was just as described, plenty of room for family to gather, a gracious sized, well-stocked kitchen and a backyard with multiple seating areas that were a wonderful place to relax and enjoy time with family and enjoy morning coffee. Overall, a very welcoming stay.

This place was absolutely amazing! We wished we had stayed more than a weekend! The house was super clean, the lake view and back area was incredible, and the community itself was super cool! We fished all weekend and caught a bunch of fish. They don’t list this but they have 2 kayaks for you to use too! We’ve stayed in MANY airbnbs over the years and I’ve never seen them stock drinks and snacks so we thought that was a nice touch too!! Loved this place!!!!

Debbie is top notch, she was extremely communicative and gave every detail needed before arriving. Her home is beautiful and everything was exactly as pictured. We will be staying at the duck call next time we are in town!

I can not recommend this place enough! It felt like you were secluded but still had close access to recreational things to do. The treehouse is beautiful inside and comes with literally anything you could dream of needing while being away from home. The host was incredible from start to finish. We hope to return in the fall to enjoy the breath taking views again.
