As soon as the snow is gone, Lenzerheide is known as a biker's paradise. The studio has a kitchen, a private bathroom and everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a parking space right in front of the building. Ideal for couples or solo travellers who value relaxation and proximity to activities.

The vacation studio is located on the first floor of a new building. It will be completed in May 2023. The studio is perfectly equipped for 2 people with everything the vacationer's heart desires. The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. The village center of Lenzerheide with a nice selection of restaurants and shops is a 5-minute walk away. Bike trails and hiking trails start at your doorstep, and the free sports bus stops 100 meters away.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Bright and quiet 3-room apartment in Lantsch/Lenz with terrace just 5 minutes by car from Lenzerheide. Supermarket in the village. Winter: Ski lift for children and beginners, ice rink and Biathlon Arena a few minutes away by foot. Summer: Bot Pintg playground with barbecue area and tennis court in front of the house. Starting point for countless walks and bike rides. Bus stop in front of the house. Ski storage room and games room and garage available.

The apartment is located on a southwestern slope on the 2nd floor at the end of the village of Lenzerheide, overlooking the Scalottas-Danis-Lavoz mountain peaks and wonderful evening sun on the balcony. The nearest bus station (Clavadoiras) is 5 minutes away and the village center, with shops such as: Spar, Volg, Beck, butcher, post office, etc., is a 10-minute walk away. Relax with the whole family or your friends at this peaceful place to stay in Valbella (Lenzerheide). The stop for the sports bus can be reached within a minute. This takes you to the lake, to various ski areas on the Lenzerheide or to go sledding. The grocery store is very close by. The lake and a ski lift (Valbella village) can also be reached on foot, as they are so close. Also suitable for bikers as it is not far from the Rothornbahn.
