The vacation studio is located on the first floor of a new building. It will be completed in May 2023. The studio is perfectly equipped for 2 people with everything the vacationer's heart desires. The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. The village center of Lenzerheide with a nice selection of restaurants and shops is a 5-minute walk away. Bike trails and hiking trails start at your doorstep, and the free sports bus stops 100 meters away.

The apartment is located on a southwest hillside location on the 1st floor at the end of the village of Lenzerheide, overlooking the Scalottas-Danis-Lavoz mountain peaks and wonderful evening sun on the balcony.
