There are numerous hiking trails and waterfalls. Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain offer skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. There is exceptional mountain biking as close as 8 miles from the house. Zip lines and other attractions near by.

It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. Calm, Clean, Safe & completely remodeled 1 bed room home. King size bed. House has sleeper sofa and a small study nook. (Ideally for two). Relaxing back porch. Kitchen has an island with 2 stools all modern look. House has Wifi, Netflix, Hulu and Disney channels. This is a very small home 6ft low shower. with great quality items. Nice place to relax. Perfectly centered 5 min drive to lake, or LR University, 10 min to Downtown Hickory. 11 min to I-40. Pots, Plates, Appliances.

One master bedroom and one loft bedroom with 2 full baths. Outside fire pit and indoor wood stove (we provide firewood 🪵) Central A/C (window unit supplements the central a/c in the upstairs portion of the house) and gas heat. Large covered porches on the front and back of the house, back porch is screened in with outdoor dining area.
