“They lived in these beautiful apartments for a month in quarantine. For a long period there was a rather big discount, which could not but rejoice)) The apartment exceeded all expectations and in no way inferior to the photo. In fact, even more comfortable and atmospheric. I express gratitude and respect to the apartment owners for their professional and impeccable approach to their work. I recommend this wonderful apartment to everyone! I will be happy to stay here again and again!”
Studio apartment (Studio, 스튜디오) It is located in the very center of St. Petersburg near the Moscow train station, Mayakovskaya metro station and Ploshchad Vosstaniya. Nevsky Prospect is located around the corner of our house. Next to us there are two large shopping centers Stockmann and Gallery. The apartment is bright and quiet, there are two windows. The windows overlook a calm courtyard. The room has a kitchen with all necessary utensils and household appliances + salt, sugar, tea, coffee ... Large bed (200x220CM), Hammock, mattress along the entire windowsill.
“This is a great, small studio apartment in the very centre of the city. There is a metro station right across the street (linking two lines) and also several buses go on the main street, Nevskij Prospekt. Easy to get anywhere you want to go in SPB! A grocery store is downstairs. The apartment is clean and tidy and has all the basic amenities you could possibly need. The shower is very good - plenty of hot water with good water pressure. The host gives hints and advise! I can warmly recommend this place to anyone travelling either for business or leisure!”
Apartment in the house-monument of merchant Polezhaev. In this house, director V. Bortko filmed in the scenes for the film based on the novel by M.A. Bulgakov "Master and Margarita". In the apartment (43 sq.m.) you will find a cozy and thoughtful lighting, many books, vinyl records, interesting details that will not let you get bored, after returning from walks around the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary. High ceilings, large windows and a spacious bathroom, beautiful design.
“The house is very close to the trolley bus stop, which goes right up to the Palace Square. We walked from the Moscow station for about forty minutes. A little frightening front door, which you get used to the next day. A well-furnished, photogenic apartment within walking distance of the center with clean linen and a bath so clean that I had to ventilate it with detergent. I liked that the owners left water, milk and eggs - what is needed from the road. In general, they found everything necessary for a comfortable stay in four days: an iron, a washing machine with powder and a clothes dryer, a hairdryer. I was impressed by the variety of books (including those with just nice illustrations), but I could not use the player.”
