The promenade can be reached with a 2-minute walk and the beach in 8 minutes. The studio apartment is suitable for 4 people (2 for longer rental), with a double bed, sofa (bed), fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher, wardrobe, tv, AC, WiFi, washing machine and a large balcony w/mosquito net and motorized blinds.

The beach is less than 5 – 10 minutes walk away and Fonyód town centre is about a 15-20 minutes relaxing stroll by the lake.

The property is in the quiet part of Balatonboglár-Szőlőskislak. Close enough to the lake to pop out for a splash but far enough if you would like to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. In the garden there is a table with 4 chairs where you can dine. Also 2 sun loungers are provided.
