Lyngen is one of the world's most beautiful and undisturbed Arctic regions on earth. From this exclusive cabin you can enjoy the northern light in the Winter and the midnight sun in the summer time. This is the place to find inner peace.
“We stayed with another couple and 2 young kids in age of <2 years in the cabin of Simona & karolis. Our stay was during the corona virus out break whereas border closings took place. We haven’t been able to support ourselves with food any more & were also not allowed to leave the cabin area. But in that time we couldn’t have had better landlords then Simona and karolis. They helped us with everything and were around us where ever it was possible. They delivered fresh fish / mentally helpful words / brought us personally to the airport and so on. The cabin is comfortable and is equipped with really all you need. The best place you could dream of with sauna and jacuzzi. All is pretty new and in very well conditions. We even could see polar lights - the main reason why we made holiday in March 2020 there. We highly recommend to chose this cabin if you want to see polar lights and living in the middle of nowhere. The landlords doesn’t get better - they are just perfect and more like friends just from the beginning. We will definitely come back after the global situation calm down little bit. THANK YOU FOR ALL .... We will never forget you.”
Fully equipped house close to the sea and under the amazing Lyngen alps. The surrounding area is suitable for both summer and winter activities. The perfect place for aurora borealis, midnightsun, skiing, snowmobile safari and fishing.
“We had an excellent stay at Frank & Valentina’s house over Christmas. The house itself is very well appointed, with everything we needed. The area is spectacularly beautiful with the most wonderful views from the house. We saw the northern lights from just outside. Frank & Valentina were also super helpful and very responsive to our messages. Highly recommend!”
Waterfront, at the tip of the Lyngen peninsula in Russelv village the unique Lyngstuva Lodge is located at the base of Lyngen Alps. The modern lodge is built of stone, timber and large expanses of glass and has a sunny location with a panoramic view.
“About 2 hours drive from Tromsø, the lodge is happily situated on the beautiful fjords of Nord Lenangen. The drive to the lodge alone takes your breath away, and as you step into the lodge, the panoramic living room invites you in, fully equipped with the cosiness of a fireplace, comfy couches and throw rugs. The lodge is clean, warm, and beautifully designed and decorated. It is a little far from the conveniences of restaurants and city life - however I feel this is precisely the reason one should stay here. There is a food store about 10 min drive from the lodge, but be mindful that the weekend hours are short - they close at 3pm on Saturdays and not at all on a Sunday - which we found out the hard way. Lill-Tove is an incredible host. Nothing was too troublesome for her, and she was always contactable and responsive. In regards to the food store, Lill even went out of her way to kindly contact the owners of the store so they could open it briefly just so we could stock up for the weekend. Overall, the stay was perfect. And to top it off, during the day we saw a seal swim up to the shore, and at night, we saw the northern lights dancing above us with the magical backdrop of the sea and the mountains in the privacy of the lodge. Highly recommend.”
