Please Note - this is an apartment on the 2nd floor of the building accessible via exterior stairs. 3 bedrooms featuring a king and 2 queen beds, clawfoot tub and tiled shower, full size stove and refrigerator as well as beautifully sitting area - original hardwood flooring. Great fishing, boating, and water recreation at one of the many nearby parks. Also close to ATV/snowmobile trails and golfing. Five acres of fenced in space, great for playing with the dog or kids. Firepit and gas grill. the cabin is located 5 miles out of town, so still close enough for shopping or checking out the restaurants. Pets welcomed, if well mannered.

Walking distance to two restaurants, two marinas and ice cream shop. Close to Hartman Creek State Park to access trails. Please be aware that a close venue has bands/music that can easily be heard when outside and the music may be heard when indoors. Three night minimum Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend.

Enjoy some time away in the north woods! Cozy cottage on Chute Pond to enjoy some swimming and water fun! ATV/snowmobile trails right out driveway. Pontoon available for rent with cabin. (Separate Contract) Cornhole boards, fishing rods, paddle boat, 2- kayaks, 2 adult size bikes. Fire pit is available, NO wood provided. Take a walk down to Slippery Rock! Then walk through the park a little further for some rock jumping! Our family enjoys Chute Pond and everything it has to offer.

Relax and unwind in this dog-friendly (additional fee) 1 & 1/2- story home exclusively yours to enjoy. Enjoy the sights and sounds of wildlife as you sit by an outside fire, grill out, or curl up on an oversized chair with a steaming cup of coffee. Bring your bikes as downtown and beach/park are just a short ride away. Welcome to our Door County Cottage in the heart of historic Sturgeon Bay! Our cozy marina cottage is the best of both worlds. It is located right on the water having its own private dock, yard, and fire pit. It's also close to downtown. Walk to restaurants, shops, parks, and marinas. Our cottage is an older home that has been extensively renovated with modern appliances. Enjoy watching the boat traffic from the second story deck. Two kayaks are provided or bring your own boat.

Our newly built apartment has two bedrooms, a living area, a dining area, and a kitchenette. Walk out to a balcony that overlooks a private yard surrounded by woods, grill a steak on the Weber grill, walk to the beach for an evening swim, and come back and cook marshmallows around a cozy campfire.
