The cabin is in a fantastic location in the middle of Lofoten. It's 15 minutes from Leknes. Quick access to the airport, shopping centre, groceries, restaurants, petrol station and charging station. The cabin is located 15 minutes from Stamsund if you come by Hurtigruta. Henningsvær and Svolvær are less than an hour's drive away. Approximately 25 minutes to the Lofoten Links golf course. At the cabin, you will find fantastic hiking trails and popular mountain hikes. Direct access to spectacular nature. The view from the cabin is outstanding, with mountains and sea on all sides.

Modern cabin, new in 2018, for rent in Ballstad. View of large parts of the famous Lofoten wall. The mountains with hiking trails are just outside the door. The popular Hauklandstranda is about 15 minutes from the rorbua. Leknes town, airport and hurtigruten ferry a short distance from the cabin. If you want to try your luck in the rich fishing waters of Vestfjorden, boat rental is possible. In the months Jan-April the famous Lofot fishing is ongoing, and you can experience this fishing at Ballstad, which is one of Lofoten's largest and most abundant fishing village.

The cabin is characterised by exclusive material choices, and the large windows frame a fantastic view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric cooker and induction hob. The cabin is built for year-round use and has underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. With one bedroom with a double bed and a loft with two 120 cm beds, the cabin is well suited for four people, however, we do not recommend small children in the loft. Large terrace with views of the midnight sun, northern lights, sea and mountains. There is free parking right outside.

We want everyone to experience nature as closely as possible. Therefore, we have built three small cabins/houses, with large glass surfaces everywhere, so that you can sit inside and enjoy the mountains, the horizon, the sea, the sunsets and the midnight sun. Now it's not always sunny on the island, so we have a nice sofa, which can be daybed too, for moments when you want to sit inside under the blanket, look at the rain and the wind, but still get a great experience of the changing nature.

It is situated a 10 minute drive from Leknes and the airport. This cabin is in the middle of a peaceful and quiet and private area with own parking and hiking close by.

Fantastiske turmuligheter rett utenfor døren, en tur i marken til fots eller kjøre ski i våre mektige fjell eller bare nyte utsikten utover havet, mulighetene er der. Ha base her hvis dere skal kjøre på ski, butikker å restauranter er 5 min unna i bil. Museum og akvariet ligger 2 km unna. Ha base her og kjøre rundt og nyt alt det flotte Lofoten har å by på av natur og matopplevelser.

Fredfull sted 15 meter fra egen strandlinje ved sjøen. Nyt dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet, med en tur i badstu og en dukkert i sjøen eller vedfyrt badestamp. Kano kan fritt brukes med forbehold om at redningsvester brukes og sjø kunnskap er til stede. På eget ansvar. Badestamp er vedfyrt og må avtales for oppfyring. Tilleggspris pr gang tilkommer. Sauna er vedfyrt og kan fritt brukes. Oppfyring gjøres av gjester. Perfekt for å se Nordlys siden det er lite lysforurensning.
