The cabin is located 15 minutes from Stamsund if you come by Hurtigruta. Henningsvær and Svolvær are less than an hour's drive away. Approximately 25 minutes to the Lofoten Links golf course. At the cabin, you will find fantastic hiking trails and popular mountain hikes. Direct access to spectacular nature. The view from the cabin is outstanding, with mountains and sea on all sides.

We want everyone to experience nature as closely as possible. Therefore, we have built three small cabins/houses, with large glass surfaces everywhere, so that you can sit inside and enjoy the mountains, the horizon, the sea, the sunsets and the midnight sun. Now it's not always sunny on the island, so we have a nice sofa, which can be daybed too, for moments when you want to sit inside under the blanket, look at the rain and the wind, but still get a great experience of the changing nature.

Ha base her hvis dere skal kjøre på ski, butikker å restauranter er 5 min unna i bil. Museum og akvariet ligger 2 km unna. Ha base her og kjøre rundt og nyt alt det flotte Lofoten har å by på av natur og matopplevelser.

Hytta ligger i et av de beste landbruksområdene i Nord-Norge. Veiene og stiene og naturen i fjellene og langs kysten og i bygda her egner seg godt til fine turer. På sykkel og til fots. Eller kajakk. Her er godt grunnlag for naturopplevelser, friluftsliv og avslapping. Velkommen til en fin ferie.

Charming Nordland house

Ta deg en pause og slapp av i denne fredelige oasen. Her er det stille og avslappende- og kan hende hører du dine egne hjerteslag. Tømmerveggene fra slutten av 1800-tallet stopper tiden og lar deg fylles av ro og ny energi. Du kan velge å tusle opp til Svartdalsvatnet, Sundsfjellet, Hestdalstuva, eller du kan ta deg en rusletur ned til havet. Du kan velge å gå innover Sundsdalen og sitte ved Sundselva. Du kan gå til Alpøyvika eller bare sitte stille på terassen å lese bok.

The barn in Midnattssolveien

This is a newly restored barn completed in the summer of 2023. We have taken care of as much as possible of the old, and combined it with the new. This makes the barn a completely unique place, with a soul. 1st floor consists of hallway, bathroom with toilet and shower, hobby room, two bedrooms. The 2nd floor consists of an open solution, where part is the "main hall" with a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, and a cosy sofa section. All rooms are well equipped.

Lofoten Cabins 1 - Lower area

Our four cabins are newly built in 2023. They are of a high standard, fully equipped and each with huge windows and a balcony to take in the spectacular views of the water and surrounding mountains. The cabins are located in Hopen, which is conveniently situated between Svolvær and Henningsvær. They are close to everything Lofoten has to offer, such as mountain hikes, beaches, skiing, fishing villages, cute cafes, galleries, museums and so much more.

Welcome to Lofoten and our home! Our new home (2019) is located a short 15 minute walk from the center and shops of Kabelvåg, and we think it is an ideal base for any exploration of Lofoten. After years of travel ourselves, we have taken care to set up the house with practical and personal touches, and you should find what you need to be comfortable while away from home. We next door, and would be happy to welcome you to our part of paradise.
