Enjoy the tranquility and idyll in our 2020 renovation. Apartment vis-a-vis from Gutenstein Castle. From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

The newly built low-energy house with 100sqm living space is idyllically located in the middle of nature and has a high-quality kitchen, underfloor heating & real wood parquet throughout the house, a daylight bathroom with ground-level shower, a king-size bed (200x180cm) and a light-flooded, spacious living room with Swedish stove. To highlight are the 2 terraces in south & west direction with private garden & beautiful view into the distance and absolute tranquility (no artificial light).

100m to the lake: Beautiful flat with lake view

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Centrally located in the valley - apartment HANS

Our apartment "Hans" is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to go hiking or climbing on foot, if you want to get on your bike or simply want time to enjoy, this is the place. The apartment is in the attic. In the house, there are two other apartments, all of which are entered through the common staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a kitchen that is well equipped.

Time with loved ones in the old farmhouse

With enough space for 2-10 guests, our cozy farmhouse offers the perfect retreat for a great time for two or with family and friends. Delicious meals can be prepared together in the spacious kitchen. Four wood-burning stoves that you can fire up yourself provide cozy warmth in all rooms. Let yourself be enchanted by the breathtaking nature, with its caves, the Danube and nature reserves, which have always been popular with climbing and hiking enthusiasts.

Our apartment in nature is located in a part of our beautiful and newly renovated house. Only about 20 minutes from beautiful Lake Constance, nature invites you to cycle. The semi-detached house has an independent entrance. They park comfortably behind the house on the patio. In the garden there is enough space to play for the children. There is a big swing. Furthermore, there is a terrace with seating and sunbeds in front of the open kitchen.

Apartment with fantastic views

Cozy 70 sqm attic apartment in beautifully located farmhouse in the heart of the Upper Danube Valley Nature Park. Start your hike or mountain bike tour right from the house. You can also leave the car for climbing, as the Schaufelsen is in the immediate vicinity. Canoeing is possible on the Danube & the Danube Cycle Path passes about 500 m from the house. On the large orchard meadow there is space to romp and a great tree house to play in.

Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

A very beautiful and quiet accommodation. Everyone will find privacy and relaxation here. There are no steps to the entrance. The Badkap adventure pool with its spacious sauna is just 700 meters away. Supermarket Aldi in 220 meter. Baden-Württemberg's first premium hiking region right on your doorstep. Welcome to the Swabian Alb, in the beautiful town Albstadt. Long-term guests are welcome.

SEERose with free parking

The cozy apartment "SEERose" immediately shows size and taste on its 145 square meters. To feel good, you can meet on one of the three terraces to breathe in the lake or in the large living room and want to stay here forever. We also clean our vacation properties with disinfectant. It is very important to us that you can look forward to a relaxing stay.
