Up north at its best! Stay in a custom cabin in the middle of Rocky Top Farms, a cherry orchard. Please read this listing completely!
“The farm is absolutely beautiful, and the hosts are friendly, responsive, and welcoming. Dogs? Pigs? Goats? Oh, they're here, and they're friendly! The tiny cabin is exactly what we needed, and the hot tub is an added bonus! No frills, just a lovely get away up north to walk, grill, see the lake, and relax. (Note: the ladder to the lofted bed is NOT for the faint of heart or weak-kneed, and bring your bug spray in the summer). The little cabin is a perfect hiding spot for young couples - I'd love to see this farm in the fall or winter!”
A cozy stay above The Tribune Ice Cream and Eatery. One block from the marina and beach, breakfast, lunch, ice cream and snacks below, just around the corner from the happenings of Northport.
“Everything you need for a relaxing stay and downtime with your family or friends. Close to the beach and walk through town to enjoy a beer at Mitten Brewing. Tom's grocery right next store for anything you need. The place was very clean and cottage style was perfect for a beach getaway. Kitchen had everything you need and game cabinet is a bonus. Megan's place is a perfect getaway and we will be back again.”
Our newly remodeled apartment is just minutes from Torch Lake and Lake Michigan (2 miles). Located just off of US31 between Traverse City and Petoskey, (between Elk Rapids & Charlevoix)
“Michelle’s place was the perfect, private place to rest on our quick but busy weekend trip. They really went above and beyond with little amenities that were very helpful, the check in and check out process was very easy in spite of our late arrival and early departure. The place was perfect, very comfortable, cozy and clean, with everything we needed provided. We didn’t get to meet Michelle but her husband Bruce was very friendly and helpful with tips on places to eat locally, and from the looks of their guestbook they love to socialize if you have the time and like that (we were just really busy the whole trip). I highly recommend their place! As a side note: Its a quiet, secluded area but still close to everything. Just don’t let Google Maps take you down Maple Hill Road, it’s a dirt road and not easily maneuvered unless you have a big truck with 4 wheel drive! We *may* have roughed up our rental car a little bit in the dark one night!”
