Appx 1700 sf, Side B is ideal for families or shared by friends/guests who work together. Two stories with LR, Study, DR, Kitchen, Laundry, full bath - downstairs. Upstairs is a large space with two queen beds, bath with shower; a sunroom with a stationary bike, yoga mats, and loungers, coffee bar, and crib. Two entrances plus the layout of the rooms allows for two totally private rentals in the home. The two sides share a main wall with doors that lock from both sides for your security.

Cozy at C is a small, but roomy, 1 bed/1 bath apartment. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. During your stay, you will have access to a grass backyard and private parking. And of course, a comfy clean bed and furniture. I strive to provide a safe, quiet, clean and inexpensive accommodations for each guest.
